When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose.

The room was clean and hygienic. The waiter is very good! Safe relative to other places nearby! A steak in the restaurant is good! Recommended!

If you arrive at the hotel at 5am, you need to pay a day's fee, which is charged according to the official price, which is more expensive than Ctrip. Hotel with a mid-age lack of management and maintenance, bed linen is not in line with the hotel and price, low quality and the old covers probably purchased in the Pernambucana Houses, many things do not work because of lack of maintenance, bathroom stumbled pq the restaurant is sub-dimensional.

The hotel is new, well located and comfortable, and serves well for short and business trips, with good cost-benefit ratio. In my last trip, the breakfast was cold in one of the days, but it was the only time I had this kind of problem in this hotel.

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

Fabulous retreat near São Paulo — a great place to come and relax. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely. The standard rooms are huge.
