The hotel has a bus and supermarket in the corner of the street.
I stayed three days and left new towels and bed clothes. I have nothing to complain, I would certainly come back again!

Its near the old town you could just walked there from the hotel . There is a cool tunnel with awesome graffiti !!! And you could ask for clean towels for beach and the pool. Got supermarkets and cash machine with walking distance . Bit far way from San Antonio, costed 30 euros for that . Buses are available for those organized đ

Just accommodation, I can't comment on the outer of the facilities and the treatment. 10 all. The apartment with sistic and everything necessary, though very just coverage. Otherwise, everything perfect. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

GGuest UserAs of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic.
The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical âeverythingâ stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

JJasmine/Okay apartment in an excellent location in Ibiza. Walking distance to major clubs which is great if that's what you're looking at doing however with that also comes constant noise - from 11am to 3am every day. But expected when in Ibiza. Apartment itself was okay. Large and spacious but definitely in need of upgrades. Air-conditioning was working but leaked after being in use for a few hours so we had to switch off. Shower did not drain well at all so you are constantly turning the tap on and off to avoid the whole bathroom flooding. Wifi did not work at all so please do not expect to be able to use it. Also mobile data service was terrible unless outside or on the balcony. Pool was amazing but also a little annoying that secutity were ok with guests using the pool at early hours of the morning after a night out (unnecessary noise on top of the loud club right in front of the apartment). Staff were helpful.

EEkaterinaThe hotel is located in the beautiful district of Santa Ponsa - mountains, greenery, sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Quiet area (you can sleep at night). The hotel has two swimming pools - one for adults and one for children, and there is animation. You can walk to the beach in 15-17 minutes. There are shops and cafes nearby.
Of the minuses: no coffee machine đ„Č
Payment on site/in cafes only by card.
The bed linen smelled damp.
If you leave the room, the refrigerator stops working (so ask for a second magnetic card, otherwise the food in the refrigerator will spoil).

PppwongGood location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal.
Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel weirdly gave us an âupgradeâ to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldnât just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room⊠This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us âone final chanceâ as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we âwill not regret itâ which makes no sense to us at all.

GGuest UserFantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top.
The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge.
There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step.
The food was good with a choice for everyone.
There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around.
There's a nice easily accessible pool,

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!
