Not exactly the getaway I imagined. From the moment we checked in, I already sensed things weren’t going to meet expectations. The room was far from what was promised—definitely not beachfront. Instead, we got a partial view of the tree which felt like a downgrade. Maybe because we booked under a promo, they treated it like a second-tier reservation. The food? Sadly, underwhelming. The portions were small, the taste was average at best, and overall presentation lacked effort. It felt more like a rushed meal than something you'd expect from a place that claims to offer a relaxing, luxurious escape. We came here hoping to relax and feel pampered, but everything felt just enough to get by—not special, not thoughtful, not memorable. The only redeeming factor was the staff, who were polite, though clearly trying to do their best with limited resources. If you're looking for an experience that lives up to its photos and descriptions, this might leave you a little disappointed—unless you manage to get the full-priced package. Unfortunately, this stay felt more like a budget overnight stop than a dreamy vacation spot.

Amazing for couples! Will come back again in future and for sure can recommend this place to stay. Located on the best beach, wide and long, perfect for jogging or workout. Just one thing, if you booked this hotel, contact support center to make sure hotel received your reservation and has room for you. Reception spent 15 minutes looking for our booking and we were lucky to get free room. But other couple who arrived during CNY had the same situation and due to holidays resort was fully booked. They must stay and shared room for few days to get their private room.

The environment is great, and the view of the infinity pool on the roof is even better. It is worthy of being the highest point in Sihanoukville. The sound insulation is also very good, and the Chinese-style decoration is also great, suitable for Chinese people to stay in. The location is also close to the pier

A terrific place to stay on the island! Inform the hotel staff about the time of your arrival and they will meet you at the Saracen pier with their boat, help you with your luggage and take you straight to the hotel. I attached a picture of a pier and a boat of this hotel, by the way they will send you back to the pier when you leave the island. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they are very nice! We stayed in b33, economy class. The room ( a small house actually), is cozy and has all the things needed: towels, dental kits, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, safe, clothes hangers, wardrobe, lots of drawers. There are beach towels if needed you can ask for them at the reception in the morning. The air conditioner worked well, the water in the bathroom went away well enough, however some people said vice versa in their comments. It had been very quiet even when it was noisy in the restaurant. The restaurant is great, we have tried many dishes, all of them were delicious, the portions were big enough. They have desserts and their pana cotta and brownies are amazing! Happy hour is cool, you can enjoy the cold drinks from 4 to 8 pm. The breakfast was included, it’s worth it, you can choose from the menu one dish and one drink, a few pieces of seasonal fruits are served with the breakfast. You don’t need to worry about the breakfast, because it’s not a buffet one and even if you come at 9:30 you will get your breakfast always. The swimming pool is clean, and beautiful, there are many sunbeds and cosy chairs, so you can sit both close to the sea, or at the pool. Only one thing was disappointing, the lack of a sunset, it’s on the other shore of the island, you can watch it on the lazy beach, it’s not that far as the sunset beach. Also you can walk to the laguna resort at this shore, if you don’t want to go through the jungle, the sunset is also very beautiful there. Thanks a lot for all your efforts to make our holiday special! If we come once again to the island we will definitely book a room there again!

Very good location, clean bathroom and amenities, only the floor mate got many stains (but that’s fine). Overall, recommended to stay.

As a temporary hotel before going to Gaolong Island, if the front desk makes an appointment in advance, the hotel will arrange a special car to send me to the ferry terminal bound for Gaolong Island. On the way, I was very careful to explain the tour guide of Gaolong Island, which is very comprehensive. The staff of this hotel is very warm, I love this hotel very much, and will stay in this hotel again.

This is a very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The beach is beautiful. There is a ****** on the property, and I guess that’s why there’s so much security. They checked my husband with the wand every time he entered and left. No pictures in the lobby and other rules. We stayed during Chinese New Year and there were a lot of kids. We could hear running and yelling beginning at 7am upstairs. It was a bit better after contacting the front desk, but definitely a nuisance. Breakfast was good, but come early because it gets crowded.

The overall is very good. As one island and one hotel, it should be said that it is very cost-effective. The interior greenery of the hotel is very good, the tropical rain forest, the room facilities are also very modern, very comprehensive, adopting the best of everyone, considerate, automatic flushing toilet, automatic curtain . The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.
