We had a truly wonderful one-night stay at YIQIYIHUI (一期一会)! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Location-wise, it was perfect — peaceful yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary mineral water, fast Wi-Fi, and the super comfy bed! Would highly recommend YIQIYIHUI to anyone visiting Johor Bahru. We can’t wait to come back again for a longer stay!

Convenient location and room is clean but the noise proofing in the room is really bad can literally hear people flushing their toilet at night Lift system not the best too with 3 lifts up the guest rooms but 2 was down in the peak period of the morning

Cleanliness needs to be improved especially when housekeeping team does the cleaning process and pieces of paper are found on floor surface. Breakfast spread is quite disappointing due to limited choices and catering more towards Indian flavour. However the saviour is the egg counter and seating capacity is also limited. The plus point of staying in this hotel is the size of the room with basic amenities of a studio apartment minus the washing machine and walking distance to some food outlets.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as good as the first time—consistent service and a comfortable experience all around. This time, I checked out the gym and was pleasantly surprised! It’s well-equipped with free weights, a cable machine, treadmill, and more—great for anyone looking to squeeze in a workout during their stay. Will definitely come back again.

Location is great, no breakfast is fine, just few mins walk to Roast & Coffee or Hiap Joo Banana Cake. Room is big, the super single bed looks like a queen size and can fit 2 children or 1 adult & 1 child. All is good and clean except that we stayed on the 15th floor, need to wait 10mins for hot water to shower. My child cannot wait since he has already taken out all his clothes, he showered in cold water. I called front desk only to know need to wait 10mins. They should inform beforehand. Other than this, all is good, quiet and clean rooms.

Clean and affordable stay, However Wi-Fi connection is totally not available when in room. Once step out of our room, Wi-Fi connection is strong. Bedroom phone reception quite bad, unable to even load facebook.

We have been here so many times, and always have great impression except this. The hotel is getting older, more busy, so much of the cleanliness is neglected. So much stain on the sofa & 2 parts of the carpet which we called to informed immediately after check-in, the aircon was down too, wonder if they service or clean, oil needed to be added to slowly work. Didnt allow to change room due to no vacancy for similar type we paid for, asked us to downgrade to another cheaper room which we werent keen, said will help us next day but didnt do anything. Obtained blanket to cover stain, carpet stains were still there as promised to deliver mats but didnt.

It was a wonderful experience, the place is very clean and comfortable and safe, really recommend for a families and couples, no disturbance at all. Amazing high floor view and you have everything you need within walking distance.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙
