Excellent service. Before check in they call us to confirmed what times expected to check in. Im also requested to hv a pool view. Room cleanliness is superb. Huge smart tv in the room. Super delicious breakfast spreads. Staff is friendly some more. Definitely will stay again on my next terengganu visit.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

Great play to stay for a short vacation. My kids enjoying galaxy room so much due to their high imagination while playing..but my mistake because i didn't notice that galaxy room don't have tv..π₯²
A bit quiet for us adults without television.overall room is ok. But need to complain about the surrounding..dirty, full of rubbish and not well manage.maybe they did not finish their renovation yet.but that surrounding is very an eye-sore.

The hotel itself and it's location was great. The weather was sunny, making the water activity do-able and nice. Thanks for the hardworking lifeguard at the beach and attentive restaurant waiter/waitress. However, the service at the reception and manager handling a paid room upgrade should be improved further for a better guest experience. Not a 5-star experience. Lol. Hope they can improve on the communication and better room coordination. Marriott/Shangrila will do this in a much better way. Maybe it's me who put higher expectation on Taaras
Is this resort deserve a repeat? Maybe NO. Anyway tq for the experience

Very good experience from start to finish. We came from another hotel and they checked us in early around 11am which allowed us to freshen up and take a snorkelling trip.
We booked a standard but were given a much larger room. A/C, Fridge and shower were great. The hotels restaurant was very good and offered a very efficient service. Check out was quick and to get off Perhentian Besar, we got picked up at Barat's own jetty.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here!

GGuest UserCheck-in is convenient, the room is quite big, I like the decoration style, all are IKEA, fresh and simple. It is very close to Chinatown, there is Watsons downstairs, the room price is also very cheap, recommended to stay! Malaysian durian is really delicious, sweet and soft, I ate Musang King and Black Thorn.

CCHIO CHINGreat location. The facilities are newly decorated in a simple style, and there is a sea view. The room is big and the bed is big! There is also a sofa bed. The owner of the B&B was also very considerate and turned on the air conditioning in the house before anyone arrived. π
