Check-in is 250 RMB in the off-season. The location is not in the ancient city, suitable for renting a motorcycle by yourself. There is free parking and the security guards are very nice. The environment is very good, and no one checks in directly. There is an infinity pool on the 17th floor of the rooftop, where you can watch the sunset while soaking in the evening. There is a gym on the 17th floor, a public meeting room, and a sauna in the locker room. It is an apartment-style, private rental, not a hotel. There is no luggage storage.

The day before check-in, the contact of the check-in method came through Trip.com and it was very easy to understand.
i think i'm renovating an old building
The bathroom was a little worried about the smell of drainage .
but the cleaning is firm
and they have tableware and home appliances
I thought it was perfect for long stay.
I can see the plane flying through the window.
I like airplanes. I enjoyed watching them.
Because the airport is close, it may be better to bring earplugs if you are concerned about noise.
The location is also great! There are many restaurants around.
The owner was quick and kind!
Thank you.

The service is very good, everyone is very polite and the room is cleaned daily, bottled drinking water is supplied. The room is big, has a smart T.V. and is suitable for a small family. There is a separate dining area with kitchenette and a decent sized balcony that over looks a busy road. The bathroom is clean. There is an area to work downstairs and a piano. The only drawback is the road is very busy and noisy throughout the day and night.
It's a clean room. There is a very large swimming pool. close to shopping mall If there is a chance to go back and stay here again.
เป็นห้องพักที่สะอาด มีสระว่ายน้ำที่ใหญ่มาก ใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้า ถ้ามีโอกาศจะกลับไปพักที่นี่อีก

NNick001I had a very bad experience during check-in. The self check-in process didn’t work, and I tried to contact the property through Line and phone, but no one replied. I arrived at around 6 PM and waited almost an hour before someone finally responded. During that time, Trip.com staff were very helpful and tried to contact the hotel, but they couldn’t reach them either.
When I finally got the room code, the room I received was not what I booked. It had no window and used a shared bathroom. I felt very unsafe, stressed, and disappointed. The hotel told me they would move me to a larger, special room the next day.
However, on the next day around noon, the staff messaged me and told me to move immediately. I was in Mae Rim for a business meeting and had to drive back to change rooms. But the new room was not bigger — it was the same room type I originally booked.
I felt very disappointed and treated unfairly. I paid for something I didn’t receive. This is the most upsetting experience I’ve ever had with any accommodation. I didn’t feel safe and will never stay here again.
The only good points were that the place was clean, the cleaning staff were friendly, and the shared bathroom was also clean. The original room I booked was nice — if only I had received it from the start.
--FaisalMy stay at C You Home @ CNX was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The property exudes a warm, modern charm with thoughtful touches that truly elevate the experience.
The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable – the kind of space that makes you feel instantly at home. I especially loved the cozy lighting, soft linens, and the attention to detail in every corner. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of love into creating a serene and stylish environment.
Location-wise, it’s ideal – tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet still close to Chiang Mai’s vibrant cafes, markets, and temples. Getting around was a breeze, whether walking, biking, or grabbing a quick ride.
What truly sets C You Home @ CNX apart is the hospitality. The staff and hosts were genuinely friendly, responsive, and eager to make sure everything was perfect. Their local recommendations added so much to my trip – from hidden food spots to cultural gems.
If you’re looking for a boutique stay in Chiang Mai that balances relaxation, design, and a personal touch, C You Home @ CNX is it. I’ll absolutely be back, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
GGuest UserIt's kind of like an Airbnb room that there was no one to check you in and you had to check in by yourself. And if you didn't have a Thai phone card like me, you felt helpless when you need to contact the hotel because they only offered Thai contact numbers but no on-line contact like whatsapp or whatsoever.
There were ants, moth in the room and a bug on the bed.
The wifi was really weak. I could not detect any wifi inside the room. In order to get connected, I needed to open my room door and stood there. Or else I got out of the room and stayed in the corrido.
Fair to say, the room was decently decorated and provided everything you needed in a house. There was a sink and basic utensils.
The best thing of this condo was that it is next to the Central Airport Plaza. The shopping mall even provides free Airport shuttle. However it may be difficult to find the exit to get on the shuttle bus.
The condo is only 9 minutes car ride or 20 minutes walk from the Airport. Since I could not find the place to get on the free shuttle provided by the mall, I eventually walked to the airport. Mid-way to the airport a friendly Thai driver even offered me a lift to the airport. Thanks to friendly Thai people.
AAnastasiaSHThis was the most affordable place we stayed at during our visit to Doi Inthanon National Park, but it was just as good as the others—everything was great here. They even left us some delicious snacks and bananas!
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of furniture, which I really appreciated—a large wardrobe, a good-sized fridge, and a table that was perfect for two people to eat at.
We booked a room with a mountain view, and the view was truly beautiful.
There’s also a rooftop observation deck on the fourth floor, where we went early in the morning to watch the sunrise.
Plus, there’s a cozy café with food and drinks.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to drive through some narrow local roads to get there, but it’s not a problem. There’s parking available
YYuen PingThe staff was very friendly, but the whole hotel has an odd smell, like just finished refurbishment, and the shower doesn't have compartment. A bit far from the busy area.
BBram Michael janWas pleasantly surprised of the room quality and cleanliness. For that i marked all with 5 stars. Although one minor point not related to the room but more to the swimming pool area. Once you get wet feet the walk area is super slippery. Its dangerous when walking barefoot. So at all times use slippers to walk. I fell with my son on the ground due to this. Luckily no serious injuries.
AAnonymous UserThe room is especially suitable for those who snore at home, because the 2-bedroom apartment has a small single room for cooking and washing clothes. There is a large supermarket a few hundred meters to the right. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop (take the last elevator in the building), a gym, a roof garden, and you can pick up takeout at the door. The takeout can be delivered to the first floor of the building. It is quite convenient. Here is a picture of the nearby shopping mall
Ttraveller69Ombra Small House in Chiang Mai is a hidden gem! The cozy, well-designed rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and style. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The hosts are warm, friendly, and always willing to provide helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal—quiet yet close enough to the city's attractions. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing and charming place to stay in Chiang Mai!
