The Historic Bon Ton Hatter’s Building is on Birmingham’s main street in the heart of the city center and has been renovated recently. This spacious loft is approximately 1200 square feet and is conveniently located within walking distance or a short cab ride from dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, Museums, art galleries, parks, concert halls, Top Golf, the new sports arena, the University of Alabama Birmingham, UAB Hospital and shopping. There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 14-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience. Giant 8'-6" high windows give stellar views of Birmingham’s beautiful historic buildings and skyline. If unavailable, there is a 2nd floor loft as well.Items to note:1. Cats or dogs are welcome, but there is a non-refundable $125 deposit per pet (only 2 allowed). There will be additional fees if there are issues.2.
