BATHROOM: Situated off the bedroom the full bathroom makes the most of its footprint. A marble-top vanity sits perfectly under a mirror and is paired with a combined shower and tub. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. THE DECK: Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and discover your own private deck—an inviting outdoor extension of the apartment. This charming space features cozy seating and a hammock chair perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by wooden fencing the gate opens up to the shared backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment. THE SHARED BACKYARD Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. THE BUILDING: This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED! The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

Feel like you OWN the City at our Historic Foundry Loft Apartment! Located Downtown, it is the perfect walkable spot to all that the city has to offer! Take a stroll along the riverwalk, down to the waterfront and enjoy the numerous coffee and dining options as you soak in all that Providence has to offer! The historic foundry building has a loft-like feeling inside its tall open ceilings. Walking distance to the train (8-min walk), RISD, Statehouse & College Hill. Easy Access to 95, 195 & 146. NO PARTIES We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings/events. THE BUILDING The apartment is a studio loft so there are no walls separating living space from sleeping space. The Riverfront Loft boosts beautiful high ceilings and original brick walls from when this building was an industrial foundry. It has tons of windows that let in natural daylight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no other apartment above it, you will need to go up 2 wide staircases to get to the apartment. The apartment is for up to 2 guests only. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. COOKING-IN The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine-out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 stools for at counter dining. There is also a large table with 2 chairs where you can dine and/or work. THE LOFT LAYOUT The space has a small couch with a SmartTV that can be seen from various angles, a queen size bed, and vintage wardrobe. The bathroom is large and has a 20ft ceiling with chandelier! The walk-in full-size shower has 2 glass doors. The apartment has air conditioning and heat, as well as brand new windows. Some windows have blinds while others have room darkening curtains. PARKING There is parking in the driveway for one car. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway. You may need to parallel park. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a semi busy road.
