There are many trees, so the rest here is really special The family had a good time, and the rooms were very clean and modern, so they were very satisfied. The staff are also very friendly.
Located in a relatively far from the center, so there is no place to eat around.
Because it is an apartment for rent, the service is not very ok.
In general, the view is beautiful, so bring food because the food here is quite expensive.
This is a condo with a 5 star hotel facility. However, the service part is not as professional as the hotel. The condo is new. There are facilities like a gym, swimming pool, mini Mart and restaurants. The seaside is just walking distance from the condo. The only inconvenient thing is difficult public transportation to towns and fishing villages. The room is well equipped with a fridge, electric stove, towels, slippers, water heater.

Incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.
A little incident, but Ctrip's customer service was very helpful. The merchant's service was also great. It was a very pleasant hotel trip. Highly recommended. The merchant also gave me great help in terms of service. The room was very nice.
Spacious large bright apartment with kitchen side view of the sea staff is very friendly and helpful staff supported and helped in everything on the territory there are several swimming pools and slides for children. There is also a small water park for children on the territory there are shops with a small amount of food and several cafes. Everything is very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is located 20-30 minutes drive from Mui Ne city.
The hotel has very beautiful views of the desert, the sea and the pools, everything is very, very great.

The hotel staff speaks no English at all. There is never anyone on the registration counter, you can call, but what sense if they don't speak English?
The room was cold, the rifts in the windows and under the door the rift was almost 5 cm, for which the cold air penetrated from the street. We lived on the 2nd floor where the exit to the next street and the door to the street was always open, there was a feeling that we lived in the corridor. Hearing is strong because of the same chunks everywhere. When we arrived we found someone's nail on the floor.
Of the advantages: hot water in the shower with good pressure, washing machine, balcony, kitchen with everything necessary, there is even a multivar, clean bedding, towels, microwave and refrigerator, wifi in the room.
Very Good

Great
GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
PParty_taeThe reception staff speaks English very well and are very helpful. We checked out early and asked the staff to book a car to take us back to Ho Chi Minh. The staff prepared everything. We had an appointment early in the morning and the staff recommended a hotel that was not far away. We could leave late so that we wouldn't be tired. They recommended it very well. The room was very clean and spacious. It was easy to find the hotel. It was near the walking street and there were many restaurants around. It was great. I will go back and use the service again when I have a chance.
GGuest UserMy room came with a balcony. While it wasn't huge, sitting out there with a coffee in the morning felt incredibly relaxing. The balcony had small chairs, and the railings were very secure. It's ideal for anyone looking for a quiet space.
GGuest UserThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!

GGuest UserBooked a room for 4 people and felt that the owner was very enthusiastic and friendly. We arrived at 3am and were still enthusiastically supported by him. The room was very bright, airy and clean. Many swimming pools are very suitable for weekend relaxation.
JJacky ƯơngIt is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
GGuest UserWe had a great time staying in Apec! The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are not packaged in plastic, which is very environmentally friendly. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for helping me check in early. Her service attitude was very good!
MMike TaiwanThis hotel is the one I am most dissatisfied with among the hotels I have booked through Trip.com during my 21-day trip to Vietnam.
#1. Every time I say that I don’t want to get close to the elevator, the elevator door ends up opening wide.
#2. We booked a room with a balcony, but we were assigned a room next to a sewer. There was a foul smell as soon as we opened the door, and we were also assigned a room without air conditioning.
