Great location. Very clean. Reasonable service. Reasonable breakfast. Ok facilities. Air conditioning ok, shower took a while to heat up this time. Large covered parking lot with always spaces.

My experience was bad at the site. I paid about 300 reals per day, which is already well above the average for the room type. During the night I came to sleep around 2 a.m., around 3 a.m. the air conditioning that is moving inside the bathroom furnace began to make a very high noise, as if I had something hitting the engine. I called at the reception, it was three times and the boy just said he was making a setup that would stop, not stop. Only almost seven of the morning was in the room and I'm going to see the noise was very high. The window of the room does not open, it has no way to circulate air, they have not solved my problem, they have not proposed to change the room, they have not offered a fan anything! Summary: I couldn't connect the air for the unsupportable noise, and I couldn't open the window, I went to travel and drive without sleep, so I couldn't sleep in a room full of uberaba heat.

The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

The same Ibis pattern, without many comforts but clean, hotel to sleep with good cost benefit mainly for travellers.

The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

The hotel's location is excellent, restaurants, shopping mall, ice cream shop, stationery store, pharmacies... everything you need is just a few steps from the hotel! The facilities are super comfortable and clean! We felt very welcomed by the service we received, very polite and attentive to us! WE LOVE IT!!!

The hotel is very good, with excellent location, a wide apartment (we stay in a single double room) and very pleasant. The sympathy they have taken us into consideration has made us welcome and makes us thank you for making our stay in the city and in particular in Dubai Suites so pleasant.

This is the best hotel on the trip, which made me feel good about this brand. Next, if there is also a hotel of this brand, I will give priority to booking if it is convenient for me.

The facilities and swimming pools are excellent. I only left the room cleaning more attention as a point of improvement and more staff to the restaurant. With the great number of guests it was sometimes difficult to find a clean table. But the hotel is generally very good and the restaurant is excellent.
