Excellent location, 5-10min walk from the train station. Near to both Coop and Migros. Room was cosy and clean but mattress/bed will need upgrading. It's too soft and will sink in when sleep on. Check in counter is in another hotel a few steps away. Will be great if guests can be informed prior. There's a small lift in the hotel, good for those with heavy luggages!

The room was small but cosy, though the value didn’t match the price. It was uncomfortably hot despite our attempts to adjust the temperature, affecting our overall comfort. Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. While there were positives, the stay didn’t fully meet expectations.

I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

The view from the room is very beautiful. You can see the Matterhorn. You can also see it from the restaurant. It is a very good view hotel. The food is average. We were very lucky to see the Matterhorn at different times. It is a different feeling to soak in the hot spring and see the Matterhorn. The hotel is located in a high mountain with an altitude of about 27,700 meters. People with altitude sickness should choose carefully. It is recommended that you contact the hotel in advance to help with the luggage after you get on the train to the station, because there is a hillside, and it is not convenient to carry a lot of luggage by yourself, especially when there is a lot of snow.

There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

This hotel is really a treasure. During the day, I was playing at the Matterhorn in Zermatt. The price of the nearby hotels was too high, so I looked for hotels in the outskirts. It happened to be Saturday that day, and most hotels were very expensive. While looking at the Swiss SBB route map, I found the city of Sion and saw this hotel. The room is so big, and it is very comfortable for a family of three. It is also very close to the train station. After getting familiar with it, it only takes 4 minutes to push the suitcase to the station entrance (Ctrip’s positioning is wrong, it is remote, and it is actually not that far from the train station). I like this super large glass window the most. The scenery after opening the blinds is really amazing. The city of Sion is very comfortable. After getting up in the morning, I walked to the castle and went back to pack up and check out. It felt so comfortable to lie on the bed facing the scenery. The breakfast is also great! This is the hotel that surprised me the most recently!

Value for money. The hotel is very central. The room is clean and well equipped, but a little small.

Thanks to the staff for upgrading the room for us, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Matterhorn from the terrace, which is very happy. The room is spacious, has a self-service dining area, and is fully equipped with stoves and cooking utensils. It is very suitable for skiers. The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it. The location is excellent, only 4 minutes away from the train station, and it's easy to walk with your suitcase. It is walking distance from Gornergrat and Sunnegga stations, and there is a bus stop at the door to the Metterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. This stay is really worth the money👍🏼
