Hotel location is very good, new decoration, design is also beautiful. Clean and hygienic, smoke-free 🚬. The whole building is non-smoking. Don't be too good.
Cross the road, walk for a few minutes is the beautiful beach of 🤩, you can watch the sunrise on the public terrace on the ninth floor in the morning, although breakfast starts at 8:30 late, but there is also freshly ground American style, praise 👍. After dragging the family to watch the sunrise beach and playing in the water, we can wait for us to eat breakfast at ten o'clock before withdrawing the dishes. It is really not too intimate.
Less than two kilometers around, there is an old-fashioned Jiayuan restaurant, 50 seafood per capita, eating several meals in a row, is also super satisfied 😌
The younger brother and sister at the front desk are also super nice and help as much as possible.
National Day holiday in 2024, because the hotel has become more beautiful 😊. Thank you ☺️

The hotel's view was absolutely incredible! Our sea-view room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, looking directly out onto Gulangyu Island. With such a magnificent vista from our room, there was no need to even set foot on the island! Just open the curtains, and the entire stunning scenery unfolds before your eyes – it was truly beautiful. The room itself was also super spacious and clean. The double bed was huge, providing a very comfortable stay for our family of three. The hotel's location is fantastic, right behind Ba Shi Market and Zhongshan Road. With a snack street and seafood market nearby, dining and exploring were incredibly convenient – most spots were just a 10-minute walk away. Typhoon Yangliu happened to arrive during our stay, but it was so comfortable at the hotel that we were content to just stay in.

This is the first time to write a review on Ctrip! Because I am so satisfied with everything about this hotel! Warm and considerate service + hotel location very close to Sanqiutian Wharf + clean and tidy hotel environment + mysterious retro Belgian-style decoration... In short, I will choose this hotel to stay next time I come! ! You must know that this hotel used to be the former Belgian embassy! The style is very unique, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on! Disposable slippers and washing are complete! The most important thing to get out of the hotel is Jay Chou and the corner, the place where Internet celebrities take pictures! So this time was the perfect stay experience. There are not many good places for a picky person like me 😄

Hotel is quite old but generally the room condition is very well-maintained and clean.
Staff's attitude is very polite at front desk, room service and cleaning team.
The cleaner even gave me a mouse pad when she noticed i didnt have one.
Location is awesome, as there is a lot of local foods restaurant and convenient stores within 200M walking reach.

The location is absolutely superb, right on the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. You'll find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping 24/7. They even have a laundry room, which is a great bonus. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are well soundproofed. Just a heads-up, though, some rooms don't have windows. You can also book one-day tours to local attractions right downstairs. The pricing is quite reasonable, offering good value. If you need a taxi, you'll have to go down to the ground floor, as cars aren't allowed on Zhongshan Road itself. Highly recommend!

For this Xiamen trip, after a two-night stay at Indigo Xiamen Harbour, I moved to Hilton Xiamen Panji for another two nights. While my experience at the previous hotel was quite a letdown, this one was a delightful surprise.
The hotel's location is exceptionally strategic. Its lobby offers direct access to its own commercial complex, Panji Center, as well as Lanhualu Station on Metro Line 1. Panji Center itself boasts an excellent selection of dining options, and popular destinations like The MixC and SM Plaza are just two metro stops away. Zhongshan Road Walking Street and the Botanical Garden are also easily accessible, just a 30-minute metro ride from the hotel.
The breakfast selection is extensive, and both the amenities and cleanliness are perfectly decent. The prime location and excellent surrounding facilities alone make it well worth the room rate.
The hotel has a great ambiance. Upon checking in, a lovely fragrance filled the lobby, and it felt really pleasant to come back to after being outside.
The front desk service was excellent. I'd especially like to thank the housekeeper on the 17th floor; her attitude was, without a doubt, the best and most welcoming I've experienced in any hotel of this price point.
The only minor dissatisfaction was with the Margherita pizza from the hotel's menu. My girlfriend didn't want me to say anything, but after eating it, she experienced noticeable discomfort. She spent the entire afternoon with projectile vomiting, which completely drained her. We're not sure if it was food poisoning or something else.
Aside from that, I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

The Gloria Grand Hotel Xiamen is a truly grant: beautiful, luxurious, spacious. It is in a good location, close to subway that connects to the train station. My friend and I enjoyed hot water springs for a few hours. I had trouble with the safe in the bedroom and called for help. A service person came right away and helped to resolve the issue. The food was a bit more pricy that food in hotels in other cities, but it was okay.

It truly lives up to its reputation as Xiamen's first SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the World)! Every detail, from the exquisite charm of this century-old Nanyang villa to the perfectly attentive service, was a delightful surprise. 🤎
The exquisite attention to detail in the hardware and furnishings was remarkable: vintage Nanyang-style patterned tiles, rattan furniture, a retro record player, and an old rotary dial phone. Looking up, the ceiling fans, intricately carved ceilings, and chandeliers created a perfectly balanced play of light and shadow. The balcony featured a bathtub with a view, and our room specifically overlooked the hotel's courtyard and the lush green field of Ma John Stadium across the street.
A noteworthy detail is that the room was equipped with a sterilizing cabinet for bath towels and robes, as well as a dryer. For someone like me, who's a bit of a clean freak, this was incredibly reassuring!
The service was impeccably thoughtful. Our butler, who also doubled as a mini-tour guide, picked us up and drove us to the hotel, sharing many historical stories about the century-old buildings along the way. In the evening, the butler would also deliver a complimentary sweet soup as a goodnight treat.
They truly indulge you with Le Labo products here – the full set of toiletries was Le Labo Santal 22. 💗 What was a particularly heartwarming surprise was a 'sleep kit' (lip balm, hand cream, lavender pillow spray) which, paired with the high-quality bedding, ensured a fragrant and peaceful night's sleep. 🛌
No one here 'serves for the sake of serving'; instead, the attentiveness feels perfectly genuine and thoughtful. It's absolutely perfect for an introvert like me! 🤭
The stay experience was utterly relaxing, comfortable, and unhurried~😌 This is exactly the vacation vibe I was looking for!~
I think I'll often recall:
☀️ A summer day in the Nanyang villa on Gulangyu Island, lying on a rattan chair on the balcony, watching the blue sky, white clouds, and green stadium, feeling the breeze and simply drifting off~
💙💙 I captured so many beautiful blue-hued moments at this Nanyang villa, haha!
🍸 Listening to music under the longan tree in the courtyard, and the gentle buzz from that sweet and sour 'Daydream Reverie' cocktail.
🛁 Taking a leisurely bath in the balcony tub with the blinds drawn, listening to the pleasant live music drifting up from downstairs~ Finally, falling into a deep, beautiful sleep and waking up naturally. 😌
This trip to Gulangyu felt as relaxed and comfortable as visiting an old Nanyang relative's villa. Looking forward to my next visit!~

EErererererererererererereryeOur little one wanted to see 'A Yuan's Home,' so we brought the picture book and came to stay. This guesthouse is located within the Tianluokeng Tulou Scenic Area in Nanjing. It's easy to find if you're driving, and personally, I found it even better than the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area – fewer crowds and stunning scenery. It's also very close to Taxia Village, which you can reach by cycling or walking. There, you can visit the 700-year-old Yuchang Lou, famously standing 'crooked but firm,' and grab a meal at the Xiaogqiao Liushui Restaurant. Just a heads-up if you're driving, be mindful of parking restrictions. Getting to Tianluokeng's iconic 'Four Dishes and One Soup' cluster is also super convenient, just a ten-minute drive. The Tulou are truly magnificent!
The guesthouse hostess is incredibly nice, and they have a lovely Golden Retriever named Xiao Chai, who is very friendly and well-behaved. We booked a duplex room with a living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. It even came with a projector, which was a huge bonus! But the real highlight was the in-room washer-dryer combo – such a thoughtful and convenient amenity!
LLayHuahThis is a small and cozy hotel. The room is very clean and all necessary amenities are provided, except body lotion which is necessary for the cold dry weather. The toilet and curtains have smart functions. Bed and beddings are comfortable and fresh. Although the lobby smells of cigarette smoke, our rooms were smoke free, which I appreciated very much. Staff are all attentive, obliging and very friendly. The staff ran out to help carry our luggages when they saw us enter the hotel. The buffet Breakfast was just adequate offerings due to the low season and low guests turnout. Location is excellent. The night food street is on the road behind the hotel. It is very easy to find food around the hotel. The hotel faces the dawangfeng lu, and it is convenient to take the free bus to the wuyishan scenic area south gate. We were here in January. The weather was glorious, blue skies, no strong winds, day high temperature around 17 °C
GGuest UserThe guesthouse boasts an excellent location, just off the main street and right on a vibrant creative street. I absolutely loved the overall decor and style; the owner clearly has impeccable taste. The room was spotless. A minor suggestion for next time would be to provide disposable bathtub liners. The service was outstanding. They had thoughtfully turned on the AC before our arrival, and the afternoon tea, along with the drinks and snacks, were absolutely delicious. My child still raves about the black truffle fries! The owner even went the extra mile by sending two complimentary drinks for my child, which was incredibly kind. This is the first time I've genuinely felt that staying in a guesthouse offers a more unique and enjoyable experience than a traditional hotel. Highly recommend!
YYeo-MonkLovely hotel Le Meridien Xiamen is set in a serene forest environment, perfect for a quiet retreat.
The ground floor rooms are ideal for easy accessibility. Our room w/3 guest beds, a balcony facing and provide a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. We particularly enjoy daily delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, with a variety of options to cater to all taste buds.
Centrally located for visits to Gulangyu Island (leave before 5 PM to avoid peak rush) and Riyuegu Hotsprings (all-day retreat till 10 PM).
Taxis are affordable but ensure they run on the meter. Cash payment is accepted, but drivers may not have change as most use contactless payments like Alipay, which can auto-translate to English and other languages.
The hotel's tranquil environment and delectable dining options make it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway for a mother + 2 daughters…
MMiaw GWe booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university.
They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere.
The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though.
I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs)
The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.
AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Room 8609 which is a business double room. Size of room is not expected. However washing basin is stained and need to be changed. Overall is good with lots of food for breakfast. Very near to Metro train station and within walking distance which is 200 metres away and using Exit 3. Very convenient as there are lots of eateries around

Great location, quiet in the bustling city
Just near West Street, convenient parking,
It is also very convenient to walk to taste food
The rooftop open-air terrace can enjoy the whole view of Kaiyuan Temple. The aerial photography is very good
The most important thing is that the design is very attentive and the service is first-class
Complete supporting facilities
Scrolling subtitles at the entrance, hand-painted maps, four aromatherapy options, two pillow options, intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, etc.
I saw it was disinfected early in the morning. The overall cleanliness is also very comfortable.
The details reflect the attentiveness ❤️The shopkeepers are also very nice
Worth experiencing
Facilities: complete, Dyson hair dryer, makeup mirror, etc.
Mini bar: coffee, tea, sparkling water, cola, Sprite, everything is available.
Steam eye mask, warming patch, earplugs, special tea, etc. are very considerate
Welcome fruit: fresh 🍊🍎 colorful small tomatoes 🍅
Santonban coffee: delicious
Environment: elegant, the best view on the top floor☕️
Service: first-class 👍Everything is responsive, all young and handsome brothers 🧍♂️ are patient and enthusiastic.
My friend's clothes were stained with shacha sauce, and laundry detergent was provided immediately.
Especially the homemade tangerine peel paste and plum paste prepared when making tea, very delicious 😋
Both pillows are very comfortable, suitable for friends like me who choose beds
Super loving ❤️ homestay
Will come again
EenerihaisStayed at Wuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan Space for 2 nights over Christmas and the hospitality we received is top-notch. Every corner of the hotel is an art, especially the lobby area. Love that there is a walking path just behind the hotel and we had good morning walks there.
The hotel pick up service from the train service was excellent, the food at hotel was amazing. We had a welcome tea and learnt alot about Chinese tea while waiting for our room to be ready.
Several spaces to explore within this hotel, and lots to experience. We used their KTV, played a game of GO and had a tea ceremonial class. There’s free bikes for rental if you’d want to cycle at the park behind the hotel. Wanted to try their complimentary hanfu experience but didn’t have the time to do so.
Only downside is that next to the hotel has some renovation ongoing but they aren’t a major blocker since the pros overweigh this con.
Overall, it feels like an experience similar to a Japanese ryokan. Very holistic and cultural. Special shout out to 燕燕 and 舟舟 for their meticulous attention to our needs!
