We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day! Highl recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Looking forward to returning soon!

Totally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

I stayed here for a week. The pool was a real plus, and the ocean is right outside. I loved the front desk owner; we greeted each other every day and he was a very nice guy. However, a bespectacled gentleman at the front desk called a taxi for me and charged me 200 Egyptian pounds for one kilometer (the normal price is 30 pounds). I was in a hurry and didn't know you could just wave a taxi, so I got in. Afterward, I asked the driver why it was so expensive, and he was so nervous he couldn't speak (he said things in Dahab have been very expensive lately). Also, the driver didn't drop me off at the correct address; it was two kilometers away from where I was supposed to be. I had to wait for half an hour in the scorching sun before I could get another taxi. This was the most frustrating thing I experienced in Dahab. Aside from this unpleasant taxi experience, I had a wonderful week here. I'm so grateful to the entire friendly staff. Dahab is a great place! I definitely will stay here again.

Everything is good except reception. Reception staff never put a smile on their faces. Bad attitude. Impolite. Especially the staff Mary. Arrogant. Fake smile. Staff training is strongly suggested! (Staff in restaurant are good)

The hotel is excellent, they feed you a lot and deliciously. The only thing is that there is a biased attitude towards Russians, as far as I have noticed. Waiters at the bar bring beer/wine only to foreigners, at the pool they immediately run to bring it to them, maybe they gave them money or something.. But I don't need them to bring it, but it is very open and noticeable) They work tired and sometimes very angry, again they smile with foreigners) in the store they only smile with them, give discounts, etc. In general, the hotel is wonderful

The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. Beach and reef is good. There is some fish also but not that much. Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total. And I got it last day I was in hotel. Everything else is perfect!

This is my favorite hotel when I came to Egypt this pneumonia epidemic! none of them. All-inclusive, reasonable price, comfortable massage, and plenty of food. That is, there are few varieties. Add money to eat more at night. haha

The hotel has a good business and a lot of people. They are all parents from Eastern Europe. Hotel room facilities are older, but sanitation is acceptable. Repeatedly urged to check out before 12 o'clock. The breakfast is noisy, crowded, bad taste and chaotic. The waiter helped to serve the meal, but his attitude was not good. The breakfast experience was the worst. The hotel has its own beach, but it closes at 5 and no entry is allowed. If you want to take a walk on the beach in the sunset, don't even think about it. Hotel swimming pool, crowded, poor environment. The overall occupancy experience is average, and the same price is far less than Novotel. But the location is very convenient for eating and shopping around Naama Commercial Street. The hotel's own restaurant is more affordable. It's a free restaurant inside, not very good.

The assessment that I put a little overstated from the reality in which we were found. The room we were inhabited was not properly prepared: the bed was dirty and with strange hair, the door on the balcony was not open. While we were preparing for the room, we went to examine the hotel area and found that the huge pool and water rolls were closed for repair, although the hotel website did not mention it. I contacted Trip.com and requested the cancellation of the booking. Ultimately we were given an improved room at a small pool, near which there was no drink bar or crook and we couldn 't fully use our plan ”all included.” In addition, on the first day we didn 't have hot water in the shower and we had to go to a different room. The pool and beach should formally work from 8:00, but at this time there was no rescuers or beach towels. There were also tables on the beach for personal things and drinks we ordered. The beach pier wasn't cleaned properly . The restaurant was not diverse enough . There was no seafood and ice cream. The dessert was not delicious except for finger cake. Perhaps the only thing that was on the height was the hotel staff. All of us smiled and wanted to help, and made our holiday the most comfortable and unforgettable. For that all the staff are great thanks. So did we like the SPA. It was comfortable and clean. The massages were performed professionally and on request.

The hotel facilities and environment are generally good, the price is affordable, the WiFi is poor. It was a pity when I stayed on March 24th. There were guests by the swimming pool in the middle of the night, which was too disturbing. I didn't sleep well. The WiFi in the room was really bad, including the public areas. It was difficult to comment. I was going to give a low score, but seeing that the other services of the hotel were quite good, I still gave a high score. Anyway, I still recommend staying here.
