Hotels With Bar in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.

The room is big enough, the view is good, the hygiene is average, the towels and quilts are not white enough. The breakfast is local dishes and bread salad, and there is also seasonal coconut water and other things to eat, which is good. The service attitude of the staff is very good.

Very strategic location .. 5 minutes walk distance to losari beach and near the dining place ... view is also beautiful because you can see the 99 kubah mosque 😁😁

mirrors, cups, spoons, not available in the room. if you borrow a plate or spoon, you won't give it.
