The hotel is in a strategic location next to a shopping center and the beach is very close. It's a 15-minute walk from the station and there's also a McDonald's. All the staff at reception were very kind and we had a great time. The breakfast was very rich and varied. Highly recommended 🤗 Thanks to your website we found a great deal.
When booking, I indicated the need for parking - when I checked in, they said - there are no spaces - go to the city.
The room is excellent, but on the first floor and the window overlooks the courtyard - although another room was planned - with a view of the sea.. They said - the FullBook hotel
I categorically do not recommend it.
The pasta in the restaurant was so oversalted that my wife sent her congratulations to the cook.
Bright and comfortable double room with en-suite in a typical building of Vernazza Main Street. It's close to all: train station, pier, beach, restaurants, stores and our concierge office Cinque Terre Riviera, right across the street.
You'll find a spacious and bright room with a queen bed, a small refrigerator, a small desk with chair. The room opens on Via Roma with a curious view of the entire famous main street of this amazing village of the Cinque Terre.
The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a spacious walk-in wardrobe with a safe.
Wall fan and wifi provided. Room #2 (close to twin bedroom Macaia Room #1) is on a first floor of a typical building of Vernazza Main Street. You'll live an authentic village life experience at this property.
Guest access is from the main street, a big wooden front door number 15 next to Gelateria Vernazza. One floor up and you'll find the entrance door, the second on your left. From the hall enter left a short hallway and enter room 1 to the right.
The location is 20 minutes drive from the city attractions, and parking is free. It has its own restaurant, and the cocktails ordered are very generous. The service attitude is good, the room decoration is old and the area is large.
Breakfast is a breakfast voucher with a croissant, a cappuccino and a glass of juice. There is a hot water bottle in the room, there is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, and a small Chinese supermarket. The hotel is very close to the train station and it is very convenient to go to the Cinque Terre.

the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.
The traffic is not too convenient, but it is close to the airport. We only got off the plane in the early morning and the taxi was not too expensive. The toilet in the room was quite big and the hotel staff was very friendly.

TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.
DDomantasOur vacation was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The central location of the hotel was another plus point, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and private beaches. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation!
YYudumPersonal à l'accueil très sympatique. Ils parlent français c'est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Only bemol the draps are not changed every day... there is just a cleaning of the rooms without change of draps. Good stay. Near the city. I recommend.
RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.
GGuest UserThe gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.
GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
KKahanuiOur stay in this hotel was great with the warm welcome! The professionalism of the staff. Thank you also for the decoration that was done .. it was great. The breakfast very generous.
We will return.
We recommend this hotel +++
DdavylegrandWe had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.
