Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had 100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,

The lobby feels upscale and the staff has a great service attitude! Serenity sleeps well! The room is not big, large suitcases can only be opened one by one. The light is strong and the overall appearance is clean You can shop in the lobby and buy local souvenirs

Fantastic room with amazing and brand new decoration. Hotel was opened in July of 2022 and the facilities are just amazing, and in excellent conditions. The staff is extremely professional , very attentive , communicating in English. The location is very privileged, just above the Onomichi train station. Breakfast is a state of art , with the food coming in a bento in a perfect portion. There are capsule coffee in the room . Onsen is extra 2500 yen for one hour . The hotel is just one of the best surprises in my trip and fully worth staying a day or two there. If you want to ride to shimanami kaido this hotel is perfect location.

It is close to Hiroshima Station and can be reached in 6-7 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops in Hiroshima Station. It is very convenient to slowly return here to buy souvenirs and have dinner after the day's trip. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, but whenever you go out, you have to leave the room key at the front desk, and when you come back, you have to pick up the key at the front desk. It is a bit inconvenient if you want to go to a nearby convenience store after returning to the hotel. The room is large and comfortable for one person, and the sound insulation is good, but the sound of the water dispenser is a bit loud, which sometimes scares people.

The yellow warm light, the heating was very strong, and the heart was very warm. The hotel female staff was very good and fluent in English. Explained auspiciously, and took me to visit the hotel a little. The hotel has a free water machine for self-use. Large water bottles are provided. Toothbrushes, combs and other combing supplies are provided in the self-collection area. You can use them yourself if you need them. The hotel elevator lighting is green and a bit strange. The design of the hotel is apartment-style. There are 4 rooms on the first floor. It is open. You should understand that you have seen the Japanese cartoon ”our family”. The hotel room is very large, the double room is enough to open the 29-inch suitcase, it may also be because of the ventilation and the large space, and the heating in the room in winter night is also a little cool. The room is clean, the design of the industrial style, the wooden table, the lighting is very comfortable! The bed is large in size, moderately hard and soft, and there is an electronic tablet to introduce the hotel and nearby fun. This hotel is especially an affiliated hotel in Fukuyama Oriental Hotel, so you can use the large bathing area of Fukuyama Oriental Hotel. Although it takes less than 1 minute to walk, it is really cold and exciting to walk out of the street in winter and only wear a bathrobe. The bathing area is also clean and comfortable, but the space is small, there are only four bathing locations, the day is 20:00 in the evening, There are more people, and there is a slight queue. There is also a famous tail ramen near the hotel. It takes only a minute to walk. It is near Fushan Station. It takes about 10 minutes to queue up. It tastes good. It is very satisfying after eating warmly! The breakfast provided by the hotel is delicious. There are several meals and drinks. I chose hot dogs and hot coffee. The hot dogs are delicious. Unfortunately, I have to catch the trip, otherwise I can stay at the hotel for more time. The experience is very good! Will definitely come again! Next time I have a drink at the hotel's Bar 🍺

The Knot was a great place to stay in Central Hiroshima amongst all the tourist attractions. Good service, very clean and comfortable beds. The only draw back was that we had the impression we were getting a free breakfast but it turned out it was a bit of a trick on the app

When I checked in, they were smiling and polite, and answered my questions right away. I was also happy to receive warm greetings at the restaurant and breakfast venue! Thank you so much. If I come to Fukuyama again, I will definitely stay here!

The evening buffet had a wide variety of food, and beer and wine were all-you-can-drink. Pancakes ordered in the morning were also included. In the lounge, water, tea, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and ice cream and momiji manju were even available for free, so we used them many times when we came back drenched in sweat in the middle of summer. The whole family was very satisfied, and it's a place we'd like to stay again and recommend to our friends.
