Front desk is super friendly, a lady staff came out to the car and walked all the way to direct us to the parking lot entrance.
Room was clean and spacious and we loved the coffee machine in the room!
Location is great, walking distance to several touristy districts, and of course it is right next to the train station.
There is a pick-up service at Kaga Station. The service is great. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean. The public hot springs are great. It is recommended to book a room with an open-air private bath. Choose the Murasaki room type. The room is very large and has a balcony. The private bath is also large and equipped with a massage chair. The kaiseki in the evening was delicious and the portions were generous, and the breakfast was also rich.
The hotel is quite close to Kenrokuen Garden, a very clean and pleasant place. I actually found it even more appealing than Ritsurin Garden. The Ocean Market is located directly downstairs, and on its second floor, several eateries serve delicious food.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station. If you're only carrying a backpack, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll and you'll pass a rather large Mont-bell store along the way. However, if you're hauling luggage, taking a taxi would definitely be more convenient.
Upon arrival, the sofa bed was already set up, making the room feel very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, an induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, range hood, dishwasher, dish soap, and dishcloths – everything you could need. The toilet was separate from the washroom and shower. The shower had great water pressure. I didn't notice any skincare amenities provided in the room, but pajamas, toothbrushes, and razors were available for guests to pick up in the lobby. The lobby featured a spacious lounge and reading area, along with a drink vending machine.
Downstairs and a right turn led directly to a food mall. Across a small street, to the left were a hair salon and an excellent seafood restaurant, while to the right was Hyakubangai shopping street.
The front desk staff, who I believe was from Southeast Asia, could communicate well in English and had a pleasant demeanor.
On a side note, here are some Kanazawa sightseeing recommendations. My child's top pick was Myoryuji Temple. It was reportedly built by the local lord as a covert defense against the central government, featuring many ingenious (though perhaps not very sturdy) hidden mechanisms. Many temples in that area were supposedly established for similar strategic purposes. My personal favorite was Nagamachi, near the Buke Yashiki (Samurai District). It's an area concentrated with former samurai residences – imagine a beautiful Japanese version of a historic mansion district like the Yuyuan Road or Huashan Hospital area in Shanghai. Scattered nearby are art shops, small museums detailing local history, and craft galleries. It’s quite fascinating to explore and learn about Kanazawa's past. There's also a small alley, possibly only open in the evenings, with yakitori izakayas called 'Hashi-something' (Bridge-something)?
Higashi Chaya District, on the other hand, felt a bit like a 'tourist street' – the kind you find in many cities, whether genuinely old or a recreation – with somewhat homogenous merchandise. Still, it's very picturesque for photos. The Asano River itself was just like any small river in a Japanese provincial town, with scenery not quite comparable to the impressive urban riverfronts back home in China.
In response to his wife's request that the morning city see, he planned a trip to Noto Peninsula. It was the second day of the stay for the rakusan, but the wonderful scenery, the sea spreading in front of me, and the moment when Noto Island spreads beyond it, and the Asahi rises, I felt the God 々. Dinner and breakfast were able to enjoy Noto's food. It was very delicious. The large bath was a large inner bath, the open air was in the goemon bath on both sides, and there were two types of sauna, but the usual sauna felt a little low because the door was not closed firmly.
I was impressed by Nakai's hand until he left the parking lot and couldn't see.
It is also a hotel that I want to stay. It was the best.

After doing a bit of research for this part of my family's trip to Japan over Christmas, Kanazawa was high on our list (now Top 25 places to go this year according to National Geographic!). So glad we stayed there.
Look no further than a walk outside of Kanazawa Station (buses and trains easily accessible) and go to Hyatt Centric. Amazing location in terms of accessibility (the city itself is quite walkable or you can do the loop buses from there).
The amenities and room were top notch. Staff were amazing everywhere, their take on breakfast was also done well with a mix of local Kanazawan cuisine, Japanese dishes, and Western dishes.
Rooftop Bar was also nice.
Rooms were also very affordable compared to other cities in Japan for what some might consider a higher quality.
Already planning our next family trip and plan to go here again.
The hotel itself boasts a fantastic design, and its location is absolutely superb. It's right opposite the seafood market and just a few minutes' walk from Higashiide Coffee, which meant I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and coffee there one morning.
It's a bit of a distance from Kanazawa Station. While the hotel does offer a shuttle service, it only operates in the afternoon. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel from the station, but this was perfectly acceptable.
Overall, it's excellent! I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back!
First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me want to stay here again in the future.
The price is cheap, but the location is relatively remote.
There is something wrong with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees at Check-in and Check-out cannot speak English well, so it would be better to use online translation. However, because they were all afraid of communicating with foreigners, they just dodged it without explaining the hotel facilities.
I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and a ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will just book a ”random room type” in the future, and I didn't feel that the room was better after spending more money). They Maybe they wanted to line me up together, so they gave me two triple rooms, but they didn't tell me when I checked in. They only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking us which room would accommodate two people. (This is not important at all. The hotel did not move the extra beds. Why do you ask me this?)
The neighborhood is also very remote, so we might consider booking dinner, but the front desk didn’t explain it when we checked in. At first, we were asked if we wanted Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian, they told us that Italian only Can accommodate 2 people, Japanese style meal for 3 people. Later, I asked if we could eat together. Then she called again to confirm that we could have Japanese food together. (I guess it’s because the superior twin room can choose Italian meals, but the standard triple room cannot. It may be written on the hotel’s official website, but it is not clearly written on trip.com)
This hotel is more of a leisure hotel. You can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., and you can also ride an electric bicycle to the lake for free. Judging from the dinner standards of a hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below par.
The cleanliness of the room is okay, but there are hairs in almost every sink in the bathhouse, and the cleanliness needs to be improved.
There is also a problem with the management of breakfast. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter didn't ask us for our room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask for the room number, so we went straight in to eat. There is no asking for the room number. This management method only applies to Japanese people. If you want to have breakfast, you can just walk in. No one knows whether the accommodation includes breakfast.
Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Lagoon will be covered (the total floor is seventh floor, but it is assigned to the fourth floor, the difference is as in the photo), but if you look at the mountain view, it is about the same.
It is very convenient because it is next to the station. There is also a large communal bath, and I think the cospa is good. Also, there are many amenities and I was grateful to give me new towels every day. The room is still very small, but I think it's enough if you just sleep.
Very Good

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful.
If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again.
Thank you for your service and Goodluck.

AAnonymous UserThe room has enough space. We have a combination of 2 large and 1 small. 2 beds and a tatami are just right. The room has a bath and a sauna. The hair dryer used in the room is still refa brand. It is better than the one used in the large bath. The hot spring is also good and the service is proactive. , because the room is located in a villa far away from the lobby, the front counter proactively inquires if you need help carrying your luggage to the hotel gate. The only drawback is that the dinner food is mediocre.

AAlashanmengThe reception staff is warm, the health is very good, the surrounding is quiet, the snacks in the store are self-paying, there are free coffee and snacks, the surrounding residential areas, and there are many safe food shops around. Most of the foreigners staying can be accompanied.
ННаталья nach_nThe hotel is a kilometer from the station, I came to the hotel to leave my luggage, and they checked me in 2 hours earlier, they charge ¥200 for each night's stay, well, this is the case throughout Kanazawa, very nice staff, they treated me to cookies, nice, room 507, the room is small, but has everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, shampoo, gel, everything you need can be purchased at the reception, there are earplugs when you exit the elevator, an iron and ironing board are provided upon request, there is a microwave on the 3rd floor, you can do laundry, there is a fish market nearby, delicious sashimi and other seafood delicacies, Family mart, seven eleven, close to all the attractions, check-out at 11 (which is rare for Japan), after check-out you can leave your luggage, I am very glad that I chose this hotel, thanks to the staff for the warm welcome, I will definitely come back, I recommend!!!
GGuest UserThe first time I went to Kanazawa, the hotel was great. It was suitable for family and children. There was a separate washing machine in the bathroom. There was also a drying rack in the muji room. The fragrance spray refrigerator and the freezer were also prepared. There was a supermarket next door downstairs. I bought some delicious ice cream in the refrigerator. It was really square. Just next to the hotel front desk is a small bar. At night, I will listen to the vinyl records. I will drink a whisky. Special reminder. We live on the 9th floor (top floor) and have a balcony. You can see the scenery outside at any time. I just watched the fireworks and sunrise that day. A great experience.
