I stayed at the Pullman Miri Waterfront in a Deluxe King Room with Sea View and found the room to be spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and overall, the room setup is ideal for both business and leisure stays. The hotel’s location is excellent close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants and waterfront views. However, cleanliness remains an issue that the hotel needs to address more seriously. This was my second stay, and unfortunately, once again I encountered stained bed linen. I's disappointing that such basic standards aren’t consistently maintained. For a hotel under the Pullman brand, consistency in cleanliness should be a given, not a recurring concern. Overall, it's a decent stay but the housekeeping standards need improvement, especially if the hotel aims to retain returning guests

To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time. The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool). Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs! However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢 When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing! I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed. I will never go back to Pullman anymore.

Love this hotel so much. The location is in waterfront and I love my riverview room is overlooking the iconic Sarawak's Dewan DUN building. Love the shower gel, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner from Crabtree & Evelyn. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return

The hotel was very near to the airport, free shuttle provided by the hotel as well from the airport to the hotel vice versa and also to the Mulu National Park. The hotel manager was very friendly and personally greeted us upon arrival. Unfortunately the electricity stopped working a few times during our trip for hours at a time which made it quite inconvenient as we had small children with us - also we felt that the hotel should automatically offered service recovery instead of us having to ask for it. Breakfast selection was great considering its in such a small town. Also, there was no reception or Wi-Fi in our rooms, only in the common areas of the hotel.

Fantastic location. U can get to waterfront, old streets on foot. Loads of good food options. Friendly staffs from the moment u got out of your ride. The front desk, house keeping, everyone greets guests with a smile always.

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.

It would be great if guest can choose whether they wanted to have a room with 2 single beds or 1 king bed. Most of the time, the room was assigned randomly, depending on availability but how does the hotel know if the guest wanted to have 2 single beds or 1 king bed.

Staff very friendly n helpful location very near to shopping mall near to town room neat n tidy n very spacious food excellent 👌

Toiletries are incomplete - no tooth brushes, only 1 set of shower gels. Face towel short of 1. Call customer support twice before getting toiletries delivered. Still, instead of shower gels, shampoo conditional was delivered.
