Hotel located in central area of krakow close to tram and all sightseeing places . Basis hotel chose a room with attached bathroom basis bed but towel was very small clean place has lots of dormitory rooms so expect young Euro travelers no lift had to climb 4 floors . Hotel staff were very friendly and have a small bar and the server was extremely polite and cheerfull.

Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

No special hotel but it's fine. Wellness is present but not used, it looked good. Beds have spiral mattresses and feel what's hard but sleep well. Breakfast was clean and spacious. Location is a good starting point to go to Auschwitz.

The high-quality Hampton is one of the few hotels in Oświęcim (Auschwitz). It is located directly on the Sola River in the town center, but somewhat remote from the train station and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial. The reception in the beautifully decorated hotel lobby was very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean, with a view of the river. However, there was noise from the narrow main road directly in front of the hotel throughout the night. The breakfast was very varied: cold and hot dishes, as well as cereals and fresh baked goods.

Excellent, stayed a night longer than planned. The beef tartare and the duck breast were very good. Top notch service from all personel. House keeping was also excellent. Personally, not a fan of the elevators which require your keycard to work. But obviously most hotels now switched to these. Maybe it is to encourage you to use the stairs more often? At the bathroom, when the light is switched on, then the mirror light which is motion sensor triggered should also always stay on. A little odd while taking a shower that one has to wave to switch the mirror light on again.

The room has nothing to say, must live in the black suite, other room types are just like. There is a party on the first floor of the hotel on weekends, which is open until 2:30. It is very disturbing to the people ... If you care, be careful to book.

Free parking, high quality breakfasts, very nice ladies at the reception and ladies cleaning the room.

It's about 10 minutes from Krakow Station, so it's easy to get there. Overall, it was worth the price. I guess it's understandable considering it's cheap. The shower room didn't have a metal bracket to attach the shower head to the wall, so it was inconvenient when washing my head. Also, the door between the dressing room and the shower space wasn't very good, so the shower water leaked out. It's basically an unmanned hostel, so some people may be concerned about security. I thought there would be curtains on the beds, but only the top bunk had them. Also, you have to attach the sheets yourself and remove them in the morning.

Breakfast with various choice and different kinds of foods, good environment but nil restaurant, supermarket nears the hotel. One things strange is that they only provide complimentary on the first days no matter how long you stay Overall you get what you pay.

Hotel ok, clean, nice but the pool area is really small, 1 jacuzzi a bit weak. As for the breakfasts, tasty, but the praise of the number of dishes is a bit exaggerated, I've been to more than one hotel where the choice was much more interesting. But the drinks are really great 😉
