Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.
We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.

General issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

GGuest UserNice hotel w good breakfast, good location, nice staff; though the water sink and shower not work properly
GGuest UserWhat a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.
NNikodemPiotrVery well located hotel, it's in town Centre but not by any busy street. Walking distance from railway as long you don't have a massive suitcase. Entrance to the hotel might be little bit confusing as part of the building is not in use. I loved the swimming pool with town views from top floor. There is also sauna included in the price. You got slippers and bathrobe provided.
Had no chance to try breakfast but I had dinner once and I was amazed how delicious it was. I've been using gym that is located in the same building. It's only 20 PLN for hotel guests and it's a good one.
Cash machine that is located inside the building by the reception was also very convenient for me.
It is a good hotel and worth the money.
I've been staying there couple of times and will continue to do so.

CChengMy stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. While it fulfilled the basic needs for a short stay, it didn't leave a lasting impression.
Rrach_tThe hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.
GGuest UserExcellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).
AAlexI loved the view from hotel’s window! It looked so modern. Felt like I was in New York! Great hotel! Good service! Enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommend
GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the airport, about 5,600 meters, and you can walk if you don't have much luggage. The room is not big, and the bed is only 1.3 meters, but it doesn't affect the experience. There are classified trash cans in the room. I ordered a pork tenderloin in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It was unexpectedly delicious and tender. The breakfast is very Polish, but I'm not used to it. 😂
GGuest UserThe surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. The hotel service staff is very friendly and helpful. It is worth recommending. The view across the curtains in the room is great! The buffet in the morning has a wide variety of high-quality and delicious food.
