The hotel is by the sea and has a restaurant by the sea, which is suitable for a relaxing vacation and the price is very suitable. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and also helped me call a taxi using the local software and patiently answered all my questions.

This is a decent hotel in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast was my favorite with numerous options. I would recommend it.

The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

I was disappointed that the hotel wouldn’t let us get a partial refund for a 2 week stay the breakfast was very average and in general the hotel was not inspiring it’s more fitting for a business stay than a holiday stay. Nevertheless it was clean which is important for me.

The rooms are a bit old, some of them smell moldy, especially the rooms in the corners, the smell is strong, if the room is not good, just ask the front desk to change it. Unlike in China where you can check in early, there are few options if you come early, either the room is not good, or you are not allowed to check in.
