I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly big, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location in the downtown area made it super convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided. The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each.

Our second stay at Swandor Cam Ranh and it was even better as we went during a better season. Perfect sunshine with pools and the beach. The shows were great and the food just as good as last time. Special mention to all the Animators team, Mark and Yulia and Mani from Cuba. The activities they organize made our stay even more fun. Their energy levels boosted all of ours as well!

The location is truly excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the night market. However, being in the city center, it was incredibly noisy. The rooms had virtually no soundproofing. There's a bar on the rooftop, and downstairs, two more bars with flashing screens and hostesses standing outside played incredibly loud music. (Even after informing the staff and being moved to the 31st floor, which was considered a 'better' floor, the noise was still audible, which tells you something.) If you plan to stay here and prioritize quiet, make sure to request a room on the side, away from the direct sea view and not facing the main road – that would be much better. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during our stay, so there wasn't much they could do. The service, however, was quite good. The staff even came up to listen to the noise, apologized, and offered to move us again the next day. We were staying for three nights, and the first room on the 41st floor was also very noisy, prompting an initial room change. By the second day, changing rooms again felt too exhausting, so I just put up with the noise for the remaining two nights. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of delicious options, and even during peak times, we never experienced any queuing issues. Despite the noise issues, I would still highly recommend staying here.

A good, new hotel with an all-inclusive concept. There are slides, 2 large swimming pools, spacious rooms, everything is new. The food is excellent. The chef is Turkish, so the menu includes very tasty Turkish dishes. Anyone who misses and/or loves Turkey and wants to enjoy the all-inclusive concept should definitely visit this hotel. We really enjoyed our vacation 🔥

Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea. The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant. We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service.

Excellent hotel for solitude, few people, forgetful service)), average breakfast but you won't leave hungry, they have the warmest pool in the world, the price is very nice, grab app for delivery and taxi is a must have if you live here and don't have your own transport

Our stay at Diamond Bay Resort and Spa was absolutely incredible. Right from the start, we asked for an upgrade, and they gave us a huge, spacious bungalow. It was so big and comfortable—we loved it! The whole time we were there, it felt like we were the only guests. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, just perfect for unwinding. Everything about this place was amazing. The staff, the service, and everything we saw around us—it was all beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, the beaches were stunning, and the walking paths were so peaceful. We also loved the little buggies that took us from our room to the reception and back. The spa was wonderful, and the restaurant served such tasty food. We even had meals delivered to our room, which was so convenient. The laundry service was super fast—they cleaned our clothes in just a couple of hours and brought them back fresh. The staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel so special and well taken care of. It’s hard to believe how quickly our 10 days flew by. We’re already dreaming about coming back to this paradise. Diamond Bay Resort and Spa is truly a magical place, and we can’t wait to return!

The location is a bit far away. The service is ok. However, the room is full of small dry shells (from tree outside?) near the glass towards the balcony. The biggest issue is the loss of direction to the room. The signs pointing to the rooms aren’t immediately clear ending up going in a merry-go-around manner. The fridge was not powered up when checked in. There were 2 bottles of water that were complimentary but other 2 larger bottles that were not and 2 cans of pepsi scattering on the table. The bathroom was spacey and clean though.

Avari is amazing! The room and bed are both big and super clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. The receptionist at night is very accommodating. The toilet is big and clean and toiletries are provided as well. Hotel location is good in terms of food and it is beside a souvenir mart where most tourist buses would stop. It is also a short distance walk to the beach which is a good option since hotel prices in front of the beqch is higher. Avari price is totally worth the money considering their facilities and you can extend in the room until 6pm for 300k only and even leave your luggage
