Quiet laid back Hotel. Big room. Relatively new bedding and towels. Nice design. There was a Microwave in the room which was surprising. Still a bit pricy for what is actually offered. Breakfast was good.
The Wifi connection in the room was horrible which was really annoying , and they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it as they just send a worker to reset the router.
Propably because it's not an issue for the mostly Saudi guests who already have their Data service, but if you are a visitor you will struggle with this.
Unfortunately the cleaning to the room could have been improved upon, quite a lot of dust in the carpet.
Disappointed that we were told that we can swap the breakfast with shour at the time of checking to be told no at 3am in the morning and that we had to order breakfast in the room.
We ordered American breakfast which consisted of a one egg omelette and two pancakes.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, and the Red Sea is about 100 meters away.
Facilities: Not bad, and the room is big. The mattress is really soft and has good support. This Simmons mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life. The last photo is the view from the window, and the Red Sea is not far away.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
RRourourourouThe hotel environment is very good. The room in the main building is very new. The lounge on the 11th floor is also very good. This accommodation experience is very good. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Jeddah.

GGuest UserIt was very nice staying. We were seeking staycation with family. So we could achieve it. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and well organized. And room is renovated. Valet was also good. However, kids cannot use indoor pool. Only outdoor pool is available for all family members. But I could enjoy my own time at sauna. Food also amazing.
MMiss PollyThe first time I stayed in a hotel, I felt that I bought a brand. Hilton's Waldorf. To be honest, it is obviously cheaper for the shared resources Hilton. Of course, I understand that the brand positioning may be a high level. But the service did not keep up. I basically saw three staff members when I checked in. No one helped pull the luggage. I checked in at a lazy front desk and there was a very unbelievable African door. Because he needs his card to go to the SpA floor to swim, he will also question the guests with permission. Overall, there is no service at all, and it may be that this is super luxurious and cold positioning. The first time I met a hotel without breakfast in 2000➕, I had to go to Hilton for breakfast. The overall feeling is lonely. If you must pursue the location, you can enjoy half the price of Hilton next to it. The key person has a buffet downstairs. Buy an order for flashy
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the sea. You can enjoy the scenery along the seaside in the evening. Jeddah’s seafood is abundant and cheap. The Japanese food in the hotel is also very good.
GGuest UserThe overall satisfaction is very good. It is a hotel with a high living experience nearby. The breakfast food is rich, with many local specialties, and there is a free gym. The front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, which is suitable for business travel.
