We only booked one night here and glad we only did one night. Haha… Our room was good, comfortable bed & nice AC, and it was cheap because there was no lift to get there & that it would be in another building which was alright as I already knew it upon booking. There was a small gym and a pool though which was good. And there were restaurants & 7/11 just outside the hotel so it was great. And it was easy to book grab, too. Bed was alright as well as the toilet/bathroom amenities. But, what we didn’t like was the staff during breakfast time wasn’t smiling as if she didn’t like her job (haha). And when my husband was asking if he could put water into his water bottle from the water provided in the breakfast area, apparently the lady responded in a rude and screaming way. So it put him off again. Also, I was having my online class during the day but there was so much construction noise that I could hear in my room. They could have told us beforehand. Also, if we wanted to sleep in after a long flight, we couldn’t because it was just too noisy. If it’s only for a very short stay & for the very affordable price, this hotel though is still a good option.

That was only 1 night in this beautiful hotel. Location is the advantage, rooms are clean and neat, breakfast was very good, bunch of choices of what to eat. Beautiful pool outside which is available from 7am till 8pm. Also, a lot of 7elevens around, so it will be not a problem to make a groceries before u go to sleep after a long day. Only one thing - there was a stinky smell in a bathroom sometimes. In a nutshell, this hotel is very nice choice even if you’re planning to stay for a week or more.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room with an amazing view was even better thanks to a free upgrade. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly customer service and a great breakfast made the experience even better. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place were so nice and cozy. Close to main street but very quiet. The only bad thing that took down my overall grading was that the insects net didn’t close fully so I had a lot of mosquito bites when I woke up day 2. But that was it. The rest were good there. Didn’t try their breakfast so can’t give an honest review about that.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

Really nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly and the room was very pleasant. Food was expensive in comparison to local restaurants so we generally ate out. The one frustration was that it was quite difficult to get a sun lounger by the main pool as a lot of guests seemed to camp out there for the day and put towels down very early (like 8am!) so we often found ourselves walking round to the other pools which also didn't have many sun loungers.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised by the view of limestone, pool and Ao Nang Beach. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The dining staff were attentive and made sure everything was replenished and tidy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and shops. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly practices that made us feel good about our stay. Overall, we highly recommend the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

ООксана МусиноваA magnificent and decent hotel. A large room on the third floor with a patio and a sea view. Cleaning, linen, and towels are excellent. The room itself is large, with a huge kings says bed and a mini-kitchen. Although the furniture is tired, it is quite authentic in Asian style. The mini-kitchen has a new microwave and a thermos. There is a minimum set of dishes. Special thanks to the hotel administrator, unfortunately I forgot the name of the cheerful red-haired woman. She checked us in ahead of time, helped with everything. She organized an excellent excursion at a good price. For the period of a three-day departure from the hotel, she helped us leave our luggage at the hotel (without any fees). Upon returning, we were greeted like family, and were again checked into this wonderful room. Of the shortcomings: the hotel has no territory, although there is a small pool, which is shared with a neighboring hotel. It is quite a decent 15 minutes to walk to the good beach Central. Although this did not bother us. I definitely recommend the hotel.

IIuliiaGreat located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

AAimee.CA Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

PPakawadeeLovely resort with a great pool area. We stayed in garden villa facing to the pool. The room and bathroom was spacious and look the same in the pictures. Bed is hard as rock. AC worked well. Also, the resort is in a good location right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and long tail boats ticket. However, there are too many things that need to be improved - 1 key per room is a bad idea and inconvenient. I know the owner wants to save an electricity bill and try to keep its green. - Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly - Most staff look miserable, unfriendly and unprofessional. They need intense training about customer service and communication. - Breakfast was alright, not variety. Everyday food stand cold and always run out. It’s not promptly refilled. Taste was not bad. Juice is cordial not fresh one. Coffee machine looks dirty and tired and could be long line when it’s busy - Housekeeper came very late each day and they didn’t pick up room service dishes until we checked out - Bed linens and pool towels look old and tired. Need changed - Wifi was very slow and it kept dropped out. - the item cost lists made us feel a bit no courtesy and too stingy but it’s understandable. If the management could improve all those issues, this resort would be a great place to stay. Overall for us, we enjoyed our stay here.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel on the beach. The rooms, service and breakfast were pleasing. There are free kayaks, you can swim to the neighboring beaches. The hotel itself is located away from busy areas and shops. Therefore, you need to either take a bike, you can at the hotel, or buy everything you need in advance. Tuk-tuk does not go to this hotel, there are no taxis on the island. To get from the hotel to the north of the island you will need a hotel transfer. I liked the hotel, for a vacation for several days, in silence and almost no people on the beach.

I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍

PPaulina CatherineThe hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

Breakfast was nice enough if a little limited. Lots of great restaurants/bars nearby to checkout (I recommend 'Where else'). Hope to be back here in the future. Thanks!

EElvis.007Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.

CCherryAwesome service and location is also good. Lots of restaurant and store just outside the hotel. All the staff from guest services, room service, dining staff, amenities (pool/beach and kidz club), bellboys were awesome. Room is clean and the toilet too. Room service will check randomly if you need anything which we appreciate. Service of all the staff were top notch and worth every penny. They gave us complimentary wine in our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. Thanks so much!! Shout out to Lita from the Mangosteen restaurant in the hotel, she is the sweetest and our daughter loves her. Looking forward to our next trip in Krabi and will definitely stay here again.
