Estuvimos en un apartamento, el apartamento correcto, camas comodas, todo limpio, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. 👍🏻
El spa, un poco dejado, con moho en las paredes en las partes de la sauna. Muchos niños pequeños, de 21 a 22 es only adults, se podria ampliar este horario.
En cuanto al desayuno a nivel de comida esta bien, el punto mas importante a mejorar es la limpieza de los platos, estan todos sucios, antes de poner los platos al friega platos hay que enjuagarlos y/o pasar la manguera con agua caliente, en algunos platos quedaba comida y manchas de jabón. Esto es inaceptable

We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023 and we enjoyed it so much! The room is clean and spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases opened. Loved the design of the bathroom, very practical and well ventilated. The inside of the building is warm at all times. Also lots of facilities to use in the hotel, we tried the sauna, spa, message and played bowling. Definitely going to stay here again when we go skiing in Arinsal

Satisfied overall.
Only problem, our coffee maker didn't work.
The only suggestion made was to have a coffee at the hotel restaurant and pay.
The least we could have done was to offer coffee, I think.
Despite this, a nice hotel and pleasant staff.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. On the evening I arrived, it took me around 40 minutes by bus with traffic to reach the hotel from the centre of Andorra, which felt a bit long. The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience.

The staff of the dining room, charming both Morgen and Goret (maybe not correctly written), was ten.
The staff were very friendly and very friendly, Dani, Sole and another girl, very careful.

The hotel is ideal for weekend excursion. Very close to Andorra la Vella. In general the facilities are very good and the room is very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional.
Our room had a spectacular view of the mountain.

AAnonymous UserПервое, что удивило , это персонал, который не говорит по-испански и каталан. Считаю это неуважение к гостям. В отеле ужасная звукоизоляция, слышно, как ездит лифт ночью, так же старые окна не уменьшают сильный шум реки, мы не спали весь период. Вытяжка из кухни расположена так, что всё тянет в окно номера. Из плюсов, удобные кровати и подушки.
