The hotel is old, there is no service, the food is average, it can only be said to be a place to rest... There are too many natives in Alice Springs, so you still have to be careful to protect your belongings when you go to the town center

Great place from which to visit Kakadu. Food was excellent and the service was very friendly and generally good. Facilities clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit short staffed, so our salt and pepper pots were empty, and I missed out on bacon because the batch wasn't refilled for 20 minutes. I imagine due to being a bit short-staffed at the time of year. However, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk was great. They found my lost driver's license. Thank you very much. You can't be too demanding in the desert. It's good to have daily cleaning. The room is spacious and the terrace faces the garden. It's nice to drink coffee outside. There is no room service. If you need anything, go to IGA to buy it yourself. It's not far away anyway.

There are only two large hotels in the depths of Kakadu, and there is not much choice. It is basically the standard of old business hotels in China, but in this deserted place, the conditions are already very good. The natural ecology is very good, and I was awakened by the calls of hundreds of cockatoos in the morning.

My son loves to stay there because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed. So we need to go to Garden Hilton instead. We always enjoy the front desk staff in our previous stays. This time no exception, he was very good. I cannot recall his name though. We have paid for our breakfast with the booking. But when we were in the restaurant, the staff cannot find our room number. We went to front desk, the lady told me we haven't paid for the breakfast. In the end, I have to show her our booking details. In my view, this should be avioded if the hotel had do the job properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I requested an upstairs room facing the car park & pool. I live remote from Alice & am aware of issues locally. I wanted to view my car I. The parking area & up away from the noise. A young female receptionist who referred to me an older adult as love on arrival, proceeded to put me downstairs by the gate where I am aware of street antics. I went back & requested a move & was moved by a polite male. Upstairs facing my car park. It suits me to stay there as it’s locked at night & tradies stay there & sit out chatting late giving a decreased opportunity for visitors trying to get into your unit. I booked well ahead & clearly it was not too busy. I am NZ Indigenous & I felt this female receptionist was quite unprofessional. I suspect decided she could treat me differently to any non indigenous person & put me anywhere. Not liking it. Otherwise it was my choice as restaurants & food are good.

Excellent location right next to the Darwin International Airport. Good, friendly staff on hand. Late alcohol service is not available. But, they did take me in the golf cart to the bottle shop down the road to get my drinks.... Golf cart operator was nowhere to be found for my early flight, so I had to walk to the airport. Luckily it's not far....

The airport is very small. After exiting, a row of buses stopped at the door. Find your free shuttle bus according to the name of the resort. The bus driver will provide explanations after driving. The hotel picked up the room at 3 o'clock and checked out at 10 o'clock. After registering at the front desk, sit and rest. We can check in by phone at around 12 o'clock. There are so many local ants. Remember not to let food crumbs fall in the room. I washed the milk cup in the sink. Maybe the water was a little slow, and there was milk residue in the sink. After returning to the room, the sink was full of ants. If there is food in the trash can, remember to tie the bag tightly and put it outside the room. Everything else is pretty good. The resort has a free bus every 20 minutes, from morning to early morning. The hotel is a 13-minute walk to the Uluru sunset viewing platform. There is the only supermarket in the resort area in seven or eight minutes. There are many varieties. I saw tourists who rented apartments buying raw steaks, eggs, vegetables and other self-cooking. The room does not have a toothbrush, toothpaste or soap, but provides shampoo, shower gel, and very thin disposable slippers. I also have a kettle. Australian tap water is drinkable directly. The lobby store also provides free ice water. The starry sky at night is beautiful, and there are wild rabbits foraging on the lawn at the door in the morning.

YYANGTake a look at the bathroom photos and you will know the level. The cold water pipe woman can't move, otherwise she can only take a hot shower... In addition, the water in the refrigerator at the front desk is not clearly marked, and the two waters are a cola of 13 Australian dollars. VISA also has a 1.5 fee. The debit card can't be spent for a long time. Fortunately, there are coins... Want to cross the hotel back to 50 years ago? Welcome to come here... but Ctrip customer service is really good, timely response

YYi ๛กThis is my favorite hotel in the whole trip! The stay experience was completely beyond my expectations. The restaurant in the resort is very good, with many choices, and the business hours include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the activities that can be booked are all near the hotel, which is very convenient for travel!

Very Good
GGuest UserWe had a king water view which was lovely. The bed very comfortable but bathroom very small compared to other Hiltons we have stayed at. It was not cheap at $389!a night but it did include breakfast. We never include breakfast as we are not big breakfast people and those $30-$40 per person buffets are not worth it for us. Since it was included we had some but disappointed to find that a barrister coffee was extra and $7 for a small cup. This was the only option for non dairy coffees. That said the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. No water in room not even a jug to cool some tsp water. Nice big flat screen tv and whilst there were no streaming services on it there were some free movies. No usb points in the room and only one comfortable chair.

康巴藏族The location is very good, looking west to see the most beautiful sunset and sunset in Darwin, the facilities are complete, **, Italian, Chinese, swimming pool..., the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, facing the lagoon pool, the indoor area is big enough. The disadvantage is that the door from the room into the bathroom is too thick, every time the in and out will automatically close, trouble and close the door momentarily loud. When the checkout, I knew that the mineral water in the minibar was charged, but housekeeping and the waiter who checked the minibar entered the room and said it was free. As a result, four bottles were charged 24 Australian dollars when the checkout was done. I was too lazy to talk to the front desk about the theory. I felt that I was also seeing people. The nice guy takes the money. It is best not to include breakfast in the reservation, because there are several fixed meals (see photo) with breakfast. The drink can be selected for black coffee and English black tea. Never pay attention to the cup that drinks water. Once the cup is not cleaned at all, there are other people eating the residue. Most of the restaurant waiters are Buddhist, busy but lost, the whole wheat bread, the white bread, promised to change after no later, I can think of my own bad luck and leave, this is the best hotel in Darwin. 4-5 thousand RMB per night, but compared with the same price hotels in China, the service is still much checked, and the hotel facilities are a little old.

HhongThe room is relatively large, and an extra bed is free, which makes people hard to believe. There are no hotels with free extra beds. They found out that three people lived there and offered to take the initiative, so the service is particularly good, the location is relatively central, and there is a paid parking lot. Breakfast
