Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children.

The hotel is located very close to the city hall, and it is convenient to buy things around. The road is narrow and you have to climb a slope when driving there, because it is a one-way design and there is a road repair. I went around several times before I found it. The hotel has its own parking lot in the yard, which is quite convenient. Although the hotel has a swimming pool, it is more suitable for children. The terrace restaurant has a good view, and the surrounding flowers and plants are all very beautiful, which is quite comfortable. The family took care of everything and greeted us very thoughtfully. The kitchen facilities in the room are quite complete, and we can happily cook here to celebrate my birthday. The breakfast is simple but attentive. The jam and coffee are authentic private flavors. I especially like their fried eggs, which are full of butter, very tender and fragrant, and delicious!

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

The location is good, the room is big, the 1st to 5th floors are the shopping mall, and the guest rooms are above. The breakfast is very rich. I like Mipas Hotel very much. Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free. An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me. Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. Product quotations must be written clearly, and tax cannot be clearly included, as the actual stay will incur new costs!

The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all.

Everything was excellent except for not being able to close the roller blinds due to snow outside (hard to sleep with all the light) and the TV was too small and not a smart TV. Otherwise, absolutely loved the stay and heated floors in the bathroom were awesome after a shower!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a quiet and beautiful environment. The room layout is a bit strange, but the bedding is comfortable. The facilities and equipment are in good working order. The front desk staff is good and friendly. There are few breakfast options and the service staff are also indifferent.
