The service that served the service to us was very careful and efficient. The rooms are good, but the reception and breakfast service leaves much to desire. The reception staff will not respond to the request.

I paid about 300 reals per day, which is already well above the average for the room type.
During the night I came to sleep around 2 a.m., around 3 a.m. the air conditioning that is moving inside the bathroom furnace began to make a very high noise, as if I had something hitting the engine. I called at the reception, it was three times and the boy just said he was making a setup that would stop, not stop. Only almost seven of the morning was in the room and I'm going to see the noise was very high. The window of the room does not open, it has no way to circulate air, they have not solved my problem, they have not proposed to change the room, they have not offered a fan anything! Summary: I couldn't connect the air for the unsupportable noise, and I couldn't open the window, I went to travel and drive without sleep, so I couldn't sleep in a room full of uberaba heat.
The team couldn't have been more pleasant or performing, but one night the graduation ceremony ended late. Although they arrived at the restaurant just before the closure time announced, they prepared and served our request with joy. VERY impressive – This would not happen in many countries in the world!
The two criticisms that I have made are more comments than criticisms: the breakfast juices were industrialized and unchanged. (goiaba, caju and grape, although there was green-tox juice), I think natural orange juice or abacaxi juice would have been a welcome option.
The second comment - the pieces of bacon were cooked to get hard and difficult to eat.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!
LLINGThe location is very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. Just talk to the front desk of the hotel in advance. A little distance from the city center. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The price is not high. The taste is good.
GGuest UserPra resumir, me trataram diferente, não deixaram eu receber visita mesmo pagando a taxa do hotel, não me passaram senha do Wi-Fi mesmo pedindo várias vezes, até desisti. Pedi comida em outro restaurante pelo iFood, eles esqueceram de mandar talher, pedi os talheres, eles não quiseram me dar ou ao menos alugar, tive que comer com a mão. Coberta do entregaram no dia seguinte, recebi um colega meu lá, e eles barraram na entrada. Enfim, me senti muito mal como pessoa! Me senti mal tratada mesmo, por puro suco do preconceito, sei lá se acharam que eu tinha cara de pobre ou o que aconteceu. Mas tudo bem! Nunca mais vou me hospedar nesse hotel, e quem eu puder aconselhar não ir eu aconselharei. Pessimos funcionários e pessimos seres humanos!
GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

Mas dessa última vez me surpreendi negativamente . Os cobertores estavam lacrados , mas com cheiro ruim . Faltou água no quarto logo pela manhã .
No café da manhã não tinha mesa disponível - estava cheio e as mesas vazias estavam sujas . Havia apenas um colaborador para limpar ( que estava sobrecarregado, limpando tudo correndo e até se desculpou , coitado )
As 9:50 não havia ovos , pão de queijo e frutas . A reposição demorou 30 minutos, quando desisti de esperar e fui embora .
DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.
