This hotel is on a hill so when you walk down to the beach in the pool it is quite a steep walk for those who are not as mobile. The hotel itself is okay during the winter season and the top pool is not in use and it’s absolutely freezing. The children’s pool is the warmer of the two what can I say about this hotel? The lobby area is beautiful. It’s clean well kept and looks nice. The biggest letdown for this hotel is its food. The food in this hotel. I’ve never tasted anything so bad. Everything is planned and lax flavour there’s only one2 decent restaurant to eat and that’s the fish restaurant even then that was okayreally it’s such a shame for this hotel. It could be so much more than what it is.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, it's in the heart of the city center and the most lively place in Sharm El Sheikh and the beach is less than 100 meters away. The staff is very friendly and made my friend and I feel at home. We became friends, Mahmoud and Hazin made dinner a nice and different experience, also Zakaria was very energetic and lively who responded to our requests in room service and Mokhtar who served us breakfast with his beautiful smile. Of course the best part of the experience is that the best and most amazing parties in Sharm El Sheikh take place right in front of your room window, as soon as you step out of your room door you are in the biggest disco in Sharm El Sheikh. We have tried all the parties in all the party places in Sharm and they are all the best. The beach is very beautiful and has all services, but the person called Gomaa was very vulgar and he would reserve the first row, even if we went to the beach early in the morning he wanted to make us sit in a late row, and at noon we find that visitors came and he wanted to make them sit in the first row even though we came before them.

Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid.

I stayed here for a week. The pool was a real plus, and the ocean is right outside. I loved the front desk owner; we greeted each other every day and he was a very nice guy. However, a bespectacled gentleman at the front desk called a taxi for me and charged me 200 Egyptian pounds for one kilometer (the normal price is 30 pounds). I was in a hurry and didn't know you could just wave a taxi, so I got in. Afterward, I asked the driver why it was so expensive, and he was so nervous he couldn't speak (he said things in Dahab have been very expensive lately). Also, the driver didn't drop me off at the correct address; it was two kilometers away from where I was supposed to be. I had to wait for half an hour in the scorching sun before I could get another taxi. This was the most frustrating thing I experienced in Dahab. Aside from this unpleasant taxi experience, I had a wonderful week here. I'm so grateful to the entire friendly staff. Dahab is a great place! I definitely will stay here again.

The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. It was past mealtime and we couldn't find a restaurant to eat at, so the restaurant guy personally took us to the place where we could get the food after get off work. Then the uncle at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby helped us buy meal coupons with cash. The whole hotel has all kinds of memories for us, even though we only stayed for one night. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We booked a room with breakfast included, and we had a flight early the next morning so we didn't have time to have breakfast, so we asked if we could have breakfast in advance? Not allowed, but meals will be packed for the next day. My suggestion is that if you are a special forces soldier like us, you can come here early in the morning to buy meals with cash, which is US$15 per person per meal. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! I really struggled for a long time, but I didn't expect that he was not vague at all. He cancelled the order very quickly and provided service with a smile! Thank you very much!

The assessment that I put a little overstated from the reality in which we were found. The room we were inhabited was not properly prepared: the bed was dirty and with strange hair, the door on the balcony was not open. While we were preparing for the room, we went to examine the hotel area and found that the huge pool and water rolls were closed for repair, although the hotel website did not mention it. I contacted Trip.com and requested the cancellation of the booking. Ultimately we were given an improved room at a small pool, near which there was no drink bar or crook and we couldn 't fully use our plan ”all included.” In addition, on the first day we didn 't have hot water in the shower and we had to go to a different room. The pool and beach should formally work from 8:00, but at this time there was no rescuers or beach towels. There were also tables on the beach for personal things and drinks we ordered. The beach pier wasn't cleaned properly . The restaurant was not diverse enough . There was no seafood and ice cream. The dessert was not delicious except for finger cake. Perhaps the only thing that was on the height was the hotel staff. All of us smiled and wanted to help, and made our holiday the most comfortable and unforgettable. For that all the staff are great thanks. So did we like the SPA. It was comfortable and clean. The massages were performed professionally and on request.

We liked everything, we lived here for five days, the animation is certainly a big plus. There are many Russian couples, there is someone to chat with. We went to a paid beach because it is not very close to the hotel. A good paid beach is El Fanar, three kilometers from the hotel.

Pros: 1) Very cool territory. Really cool. 2) Warm pool 3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :) 4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water. 5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect. 6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is. Average: 1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons Cons: 1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion. Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went). 2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings.

The hotel is excellent, they feed you a lot and deliciously. The only thing is that there is a biased attitude towards Russians, as far as I have noticed. Waiters at the bar bring beer/wine only to foreigners, at the pool they immediately run to bring it to them, maybe they gave them money or something.. But I don't need them to bring it, but it is very open and noticeable) They work tired and sometimes very angry, again they smile with foreigners) in the store they only smile with them, give discounts, etc. In general, the hotel is wonderful

This is my favorite hotel when I came to Egypt this pneumonia epidemic! none of them. All-inclusive, reasonable price, comfortable massage, and plenty of food. That is, there are few varieties. Add money to eat more at night. haha
