its quite an old hotel which i stayed more than 20yrs ago. Furniture looks jaded but overall room and hotel are clean. Bedsheets and bathroom are clean which is very important.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. the cleanliness of the rooms, service and food were very satisfying

Overall a good hotel. Only the connecting door between rooms is not soundproof. You can really hear the noise from the next room.

There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.

Great stay for staycation with family. Located just in the heart of the city

This is my second time staying here. Actually, the service is good, but I feel bad for the staff member who welcomed us at the restaurant for breakfast. She had a triple workload; she welcomed guests and checked their room numbers, cleaned up messes and dirty dishes, checked if food was running low, and even prepared breakfast in bed for other guests. The breakfast was so-so; there wasn't even an egg station. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough, maybe because I had a corner room. But the corner room felt a little bigger. I loved the soap and shampoo; I think they use Lifebuoy. Also, the toothbrushes were much better than in other hotels.

Located in Batam business center Harbor Bay, will be nice for short / long stay, especially if you planning to crossboarder to Singapore. Excellent hotel.

The room is clean, but quite old. The aircon is not cool and the refrigerator is not working. The hallway also felt stuffy. But staffs are friendly and the food taste great

The place is comfortable and clean, close to the city, and easily accessible. The price is very affordable.
