The hotel I stayed in again, with complete facilities, delicious breakfast and many choices. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Samarinda. It has a view of the Mahakam River. You can watch the sunset at the lobby door. You can watch the sunrise at breakfast on the 6th floor ~ very good!

Just stayed at Swissôtel Nusantara, and my family and I had a wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the service was very professional and friendly. I would especially like to appreciate Mbak Teta and Mas Bregas, who were very helpful during our stay. They were not only friendly, but also responsive in meeting our every need with a smile and the best service. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are comfortable with a modern design, and the food at the hotel restaurant is also delicious. The location is strategic, walking distance to the state palace. Thank you Swissôtel Nusantara for a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back again!

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

Location was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.

I have stayed at Mercure Hotel several times, and it has always been very pleasant and impressive. The service is friendly, the facilities are very complete and excellent, and the breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel price is a bit pricy, but it’s worth it for the service and facilities. Thank you.

There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, close to places needed such as gas stations, culinary and malls. At midnight there are still snacks around the hotel so that guests can easily buy just by walking. A large vehicle parking area makes it easy for relatives to visit.

Overall room was clean, I booked deluxe twin and they said upgrading my room to superior twin, room looks old need to repainting again room 390 u can see the mold, lamps beside the bed not working. Reception Lobby area so quite and dirty on Raya day. Housekeeping staff so helpful and this hotel located on strategic locations. Value for money

The place is close to the city center. It’s clean, and the hot water works well. Friendly service. 100% non-smoking rooms at the hotel.
