The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. Amenity was also substantial. The shower water leaked a little from the booth, but it wasn't enough to leak out of the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I heard the voice of a young man making noise in the neighborhood, but I was tired and there was no problem sleeping. It was not particularly inconvenient compared to a general business hotel in Japan. Above all, the smile of the staff is a good memory. Thank you very much.

This is a great value accommodation. It takes 10 minutes by bus from the train station. The problem is that there is only one bus per hour. Cremona is not big, so you can walk to the Violin Museum in 20 minutes.

My flight arrived early morning and the receptionist let me check in early, this was greatly appreciated after 32 hours of flights! The breakfast buffet was also pleasant.

Under ground 5 minute walk, easy access to central Milan, San siro and main railway stations, if you want to go to lake como. supermarket right outside hotel very handy for drinking water and some snacks for the room….

It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.

Easy to reach from the highway, good choice of places to have food in the nearby mall. Rooms are fine, not too big but with all the things you need. Underground parking a bit complicate to reach because no direct elevator to lobby or hotel and need to do stairs ( with bags it is not easy). Breakfast served from 7:00 is a bit strange, usually it is 6:30 in working days. WiFi works fine

Small hotel but budget friendly. Located in a suburb area but have a bus just opposite going to the near metro station -bisceglie . Or a train 10 win. Walk going to the city . I love the neighborhood more calm and quiet compared to the city too busy. Have a nearest park and supermarket and a coffee shop to grab some sweets , traditional Italian coffee and breakfast. Next to the hotel is a Japanese eat all you can sushi and a Chinese food $15 euro weekday and $17 euro during weekend. Take out is also available. If you can walk more or take a taxi there’s an ikea and McDonald’s Donald. Overall budget friendly and worthy to stay.

Room was double booked on arrival! Room amenities very modest (no shower cap, ear buds, tooth brush, stationary set). Service level at front office not going above and beyond minimum. Very large TV set, really nice to watch with a good selection of international channels. Easy accessible secured parking and free shuttle to train station/airport. Overall a decent hotel close to Malpensa airport and opposite a small shopping mall as well as golf course.
