The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly! This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas. In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance. And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

Great location, right at the entrance of Petra. The hotel feels great after walking out for a day. There are not many people in the hotel, it is quiet, it feels good, and the breakfast is good. The gift bag in the hotel is better than the outside Cheap, the quality is better than the outside, it is worth recommending. The room is not big, but the location is excellent, and you can see the beautiful sunset. However, when we had breakfast on the first day, the waiter in the breakfast room inexplicably handed me something like a bill to sign after we finished eating. Because we ordered breakfast and dinner, and I saw that no one else had it, I went to the front desk to ask what it was. The male staff at the front desk said that this was just a tip sheet, not a bill, and his attitude was not very patient. But I clearly saw that it was a signature for breakfast, and then I refused to sign. He saw that the explanation was not clear, and tore up the paper in front of me. This point makes people very uncomfortable. Why don’t other European and American foreign tourists receive this kind of bill, but give it to me separately? I always feel that they have a taste of discrimination. I stayed at Movenpick when I came to Petra before. This time, it was mainly because there was no suitable room type, and I chose Marriott’s sunset view. But if I have the same conditions in the future, I will definitely not choose Marriott again. The transportation to the scenic spot is also a bit inconvenient. The shuttle bus only has fixed points in the morning (8/9/10 o'clock) and in the afternoon (2/3/4 o'clock), and the time to play in the scenic spot is also limited.

The boss is very good, the service is in place, providing guests with various needs. The only downside is that it is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go to the ancient city, you must have a car.

The hotel is very clean and nice view of petra with very friendly owner. The local kitchen is also very nice food, we order lamb mansaf which was perfect!

The hotel sit atop a hill overlooking the desert hills - a wonderful view, about a 10-min. drive from the Petra visitor center. All the staff we met, from the security guards, to the bellman, the front desk, the restaurant - were just SUPERB. All of them. The lobby is inviting and warm, the restaurant is spacious and with lots of sunshine. Dinner buffet had a very nice variety and decent quality, yet overpriced. Breakfast had a wonderful variety with good quality. The room was very clean, and looked like it was built last year - very well maintained. Although the building looks very new, overall, the hotel is overpriced a bit. Overall, an excellent choice for Petra.
