I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for.
The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The service was impeccable—every request was met with a smile and efficiency.

Poor lighting in the bathroom, making shaving difficult. Paying over EUR 100 per day, it would be nice to have at least a small bottle of water in the room. The information about the possibility of drinking tap water in a 3* hotel is not very satisfactory considering the money.
 Opposite us is a ski resort, but looking at the slope and length are very bad, I don't know why it will become a tourist resort, it's too unsavory.  The only outrageous thing is that you need to spend 150 kronor a day  rent his sheets. Who will bring their own sheets when they go out? There is an underground parking garage in this one. The location is quite spacious.

GGuest UserLovely clean hotel. Very nice food. Customer service at reception upon arrival was not brilliant - maybe some better staff induction would be helpful. Ended up having to pay twice for parking as we weren’t told about the parking garage underneath with charging points until a new staff member in the morning. Otherwise a lovely stay. The spa and pool facilities are additional cost too which we didn’t realise was the norm for Norway!

Most of the guests in the hotel are on business trips, and the breakfast is very crowded. The Scandic series of hotels have small rooms and outdated facilities. They are not recommended for family travelers.

Specially, I would like to praise the restaurant's Miss Lin (transliteration) French Chinese service is very good, but also introduce Norwegian tourist attractions, our couple in their 60s drive from China to Norway, and under the guidance of Miss Lin, our travel is more abundant.
