Location is close to port and near SM bacolod. Breakfast is okay. The wave pool works but is not turmed on often. We o ly experienced the waves once for 5 mins. The pool needs to be cleaned. Parking is no problem. Overall a good place for a fair price..

‘Twas an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. All the staffs are helpful in whatever we need. The small girl that works in morning shift did an amazing job. I hope next time we travel and book in this wonderful hotel i see this girl in another higher position.

Thank you Jinjiang Inn for our 1 night stay in your hotel. It is located along the main road but very near to white beach Station 1. The room size is enough for 4 pax plus extra bed in between the 2 queen beds if you are 5. The CR and bathroom is big with a huge mirror on it and complete hygiene kit. Its perfectly clean. During breakfast, we tried all their available breakfast set menus to serve and its all good with fresh fruits and juices. This hotel is highly recommended for those on budget family tour. Thank you again.

The hotel was clean and the staffs are very accomodating. The room is also clean hut hoping that the toiletries are complete,no toothbrush and toothpaste, no electric kettle and floor mat on the cr. For the housekeeping, they change the towel and arrange the beddings but didn’t even sweep the floor, and there is a cockroach when we arived. The aircon is not cold. Breakfast was awesome.

The rooms are clean, and even though it overlooks a parking area for trucks it isn’t too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do need to pay more attention to explaining to guests where the boats are. We walked up and down with heavy bags, when the boat was right opposite the hotel…even though I asked multiple times.

Wonderful place, perfect to relax and calm down. Friendly stuff and quick responding and flexible management. If you look for a private beach cottages with reasonable prices also for in-house food and drinks - this is your place. The sea is not Beverly accessible on low tide but the pool is perfect. We closed the simple cottage, small but beautiful with the view to the sea. You can walk to the next beach with some restaurants and guests houses and also can paddle along the coast line. For others you have to cross the mountain

We booked here for our work as well as my birthday . The place is clean and i liked their breakfast and the friendly staff. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and the seafood restaurants. They have many parking spaces and place is safe to walk at night. I will definitely go back here.

HHaydarSavoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast is a four-star establishment located in the Newcoast area of Boracay. Opened in 2017, the hotel offers 559 chic rooms, two large swimming pools, and access to a 295-meter private white sand beach. Guests have praised its serene location, away from the crowded main stations, providing a more private and relaxing experience. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options, including the Savoy Café. A standout feature of the hotel is its staff, particularly an employee named Maddie. Multiple guests have highlighted Maddie’s exceptional service in their reviews. One guest described their experience as the “Best Guest Experience From Maddie,” emphasizing her role in enhancing their stay. Another review titled “Thanks Maddie” reflects appreciation for her attentive service. Additionally, a guest at the Savoy Café mentioned, “Maddie is the best,” indicating her positive impact in the dining area. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s amenities and the exceptional service provided by staff members like Maddie contributes to a memorable and enjoyable stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast.

MMarvinCrisBelmont Hotel Review Belmont Hotel stands out with its excellent amenities, making it a comfortable choice for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed, the gym and pool are modern and clean, and the staff provide friendly and efficient service. One small area for improvement, however, is the availability of water dispensers. Some parts of the hotel lack this convenience, which, while minor, could enhance the overall guest experience by making hydration more accessible. Overall, Belmont Hotel provides a great stay, and addressing these small details could make the experience even better for guests.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay and were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect , it felt like our own private slice of paradise, yet still close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you're heading to Boracay and want a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable experience, Crimson Resort is the place to be.

MManoTauteFrom the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

KKrista McInnisMy husband and I stayed at The Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa for 6 nights. We understood the hotel to be in the midst of a soft opening and expected some services to not be up and running which was fine by us as Station 2 has every amenity needed. Below are the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The staff: They are the main strength of the hotel. Everybody we encountered seemed to be a part of a working team and were so helpful and thoughtful. The room: It was spacious and comfortable. Little treats were left on the table each evening. Water was replenished as frequently as you would like. There was a lot of storage space, and details like flip flops and umbrellas were in the room. A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging daily beachwear. Location: If you like to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you. Everything you could think of needing was a few seconds away. Breakfast food: This was by far, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had! For 6 days there were no repeats! Egg station, soup station, and carving stations in addition to regular breakfast foods and so much more. Someone serving water, tea, and coffee would help alleviate the long waits for the drinks. Cons: The noise level outside: This hotel has music playing all day at the pool/pool restaurant/check-in waiting area. Sometimes it is coming from the pool speakers, sometimes from a DJ, sometimes from a performer, but it is constant and loud and at times two different songs playing at the same time. Along with the music, there are also drums being played each time a new van load of guests arrive. It is important to note that the layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool creates a kind of echo, so music, drums, whistles, and voices are amplified. There is no sanctuary in the hotel. Boracay, in general, is loud, so I was hoping to come home from the bars or restaurants or beach to read a book or relax by the pool but this was not possible. Looking around, it seemed loud at other hotels too, so maybe it’s just me that was hoping for a relaxing space and I should not have been in Station 2. I did not realize that it was loud INSIDE the hotels and resorts in Station 2. The noise level inside: Our room was near the stairs and elevator area that carried noise and echo. When the service began early in the morning, trolleys and voices offer an early wake-up call. The layout: The hotel is 5 or 6 stories high surrounding the pool. Many rooms look from the balcony over the pool and directly into the other rooms. It seems they tried to squish as many rooms as they could onto the land and did not make room for a pool deck. There are about 20 chairs only for the entire resort. If you book a ground floor, direct pool access room, know that people will be swimming on your outside space, so don’t forget to close your curtains! Beach: There are 20 chairs only for Mandarin Bay guests but they hand out beach mats for people who did not score a chair. Unfortunately, between the months of January and May Boracay has its Lumot season and there was an abundance of green algae. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who love the resort style of stays, but know in advance that it is not a calm, quiet spot.

AAnton LevadaSuper service from the COAST team - complimentary transfer from the airport and to another hotel, met immediately, small minivan for up to 6 people - pleasant attitude - they open the doors, greet you with a smile, bring water on the beach and promptly give you a towel, look after your things - shoppers, slippers - complimentary fruit in the room - surprise in the form of a postcard-photo - breakfast from the menu, desserts and bread in the buffet format - you can use the infrastructure of the Coast hotel, there is free ice cream and popcorn from 15 to 17 Cons: tired room stock, old repair there was no kettle and hairdryer in the room, but they were provided upon request

马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

CCecil GuazonWe had a great stay. Affordable accommodation and nice amenities. All staffs are polite and approachable but 1 of our 4 rooms was late and even the front desk forgot that we are still waiting to be checked in at 3:30 while the room is already available. Food is a bit pricey but were served special and delicious. 2 rides away from the stations but it is still okay. We also enjoyed the pool party with the friends and the kids. Overall, it is still a nice place to stay in Boracay.

TToldokExcellent location with a small infinity pool overlooking the beach which is excellent to capture beautiful Boracay sunset. The property has too many rooms which ruins the ambiance if you want to have unique quite experience. The breakfast is blow average . The quality of food is average too . The staff in the breakfast restaurant reception and sky pool are exceptionally friendly especially Veronica in pool bar in the main pool . The room i stayed in had a single and a double bed with lots of space and bath was looking over the main pool . I have also. Stayed in Hennan Crystal which felt more exclusive and 5 star with the bigger sky-pool and a-lot less people.
