Very good hotel, comfortable environment, clean and sanitary, convenient transportation, and relatively quiet. Due to Ramadan, there are very few people and the breakfast is too simple.
It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried.
I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

Chain hotel, clean and tidy, good service quality.
The facilities are also very new, very good hotel, the price of seven or eight hundred yuan is also very cheap.

The hotel is very good and convenient. There is a Lulu supermarket downstairs behind it. It is also very quiet at night. The curtains provide good sun protection and I slept well. The hotel has a large space and is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in.
The hotel is excellent.
However, when I arrived, I was surprised by the crowds and the scenery, which I didn't like. The hotel staff informed me that it was hosting a film festival or convention or something similar. The hotel lobby and entrance are small, and the music is very annoying. The crowds of people attending the festival also seemed to be in an open, public space, with no one else to share it with. Entering and exiting the hotel while they were gathered in the lobby was, unfortunately, uncomfortable.
It is far from the airport, but you can take the G7 from the airport to the city center, and arrive at the main station in the city center, which is 1.5 kilometers away from the hotel; the hotel is about 5 kilometers away from the railway station, and it is convenient to take a train to Riyadh; if you go to Bahrain, you have to go to the Saptco in the suburbs to take a taxi, which costs more than 20 SR. There is a Carrefour opposite, so it is generally very convenient!
The hotel is good, the room is very large and the breakfast is very good. The price is a bit high. It is the peak tourist season. There are not many guests in the hotel, but the price is still very high.

DDeedeeliteVery good location. Carrefour is just next door. Starbucks also next door. Easy to locate. Room is big and clean too. Value for money. Room furniture is dated other than that is all good

GGuest UserEvery thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety
The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days
The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat
HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
MMarj LimIt was very good experience from check in to breakfast room. Staff were very polite and friendly and always with smiles on their faces.
Food was well displayed and there was good selections. Room and bed were very comfortable.
Overall experience was very pleasant and I recommend Centro for business travellers and holiday stays.
GGuest UserOverall it was a great experience apart from the food, not a lot of options in the buffet, and the staff told us we only paid for 1 breakfast even if it’s for 2.
Room was neat and clean :)

FFaka MazidatiGood Hotel & Good location. The concern in Reception during check in, the management should seperate walk-in booking and pre-booking. Because of that it’s delaying the process check in. Also the Management should seperate check in counter & check out counter also.
The food for breakfast so limited choice. The Staffs in the cafe should be more alert when seeing the people entering the cafe & prepare the table immedietly . Not answering Back that table was well prepared well in fact is lacking in the preparation
GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.
