The resort was located very near to the night market and also the wet market. The amenities were good,it met our requirements. The frontier tries their best to answer our enquiries and guide us. They are people taking pride in their work
The rooms are clean and the resort is well maintained
. The breakfast is really nice, there's a variety of food as a salad lover the veggies served are really fresh and their daily menu change. We enjoyed our 4days stay in resort. Local people are very warm.
It's a place that we will definitely return to.

Booked a beach front 3-bedroom villa for two families of 5 adults and 3 kids. We came during rainy season but the weather had been kind to us. It rained every day either in morning, late afternoon or late night, but we managed to squeeze most of the day sightseeing. Phu Quoc feels like a work in progress in many aspects but Movenpick stands out amongst the chaos. We are quite happy with the villa, the food in general and also the service.
We will probably wont return to Phu Quoc for another 10 to 15 years (frankly there are so many better tropical islands just in Asia) but if you do visit with families small children or friends, Movenpick is a more than good choice!

Movenpick Waverly Hotel is a perfect pick for anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape with a touch of luxury. It’s great for couples, families, or even solo travelers who want to enjoy Phu Quoc in style without feeling too formal. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, indulging in the chocolate hour, or just soaking in the ocean views, it’s a stay worth remembering!
The breakfast is also delicious and has a range of choices. There’s also a bus stop in the main gate of the hotel, if you choose not to grab. You will need buggy service for that though.
Did like the location, very convenient to go to safari and vinwonders. Some of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. Breakfast was good but The choices were a bit limited so it gets boring after few days. First 3 days the cleaning in the room was perfect but after that they started doing it just to get buy.
Overall liked the experience. Near by grand world is nice.

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

Night Seaview Hotel in Phu Quoc offers a comfortable stay with a few standout perks. The location is convenient, especially for those looking to explore the area easily. King Kong Mart and John’s Tours are just a short walk away, making it simple to pick up essentials or book excursions without much hassle. The free shuttle bus is another useful feature, allowing guests to explore more of the island without worrying about transportation.
The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a good night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a small gym on the second floor, which is a nice touch for those who want to keep up with their workouts. The real highlight, however, is the infinity pool on the 11th floor, offering great views of the coastline. While the hotel delivers on basic comforts, it lacks some of the finer touches that would elevate the experience. Still, for the price and location, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who value convenience and a peaceful stay.

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but it's in the middle of nowhere. Not many places around to eat, or get massage. Breakfast was really good, with variety of desserts. Sol by Melia is very close to Sanato beach (walking distance). Overall the experience was good!

What a great stay we had here. Our bungalow was beautiful and spacious. It actually exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool and the entire vicinity of this resort is amazing. It is a beachfront resort so you don’t need to walk far or go far to busk in the sun by the sea and enjoy the sea. The resort has a restaurant as well and they gave ua 20% discount of our meal on our first night.
Overall, it's nice, but there was no robe in our room, but they gave it to us after we asked, the pool toys weren't working, as far as I know, for 1-2 months (and still are).
They didn't give us a fork when we checked out, they asked us for it (really strange), the breakfast wasn't very rich, and we got bored after 2 days. It's close to Vinwonder and Safari, but far from other shops and markets.

Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel.
Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!

GGuest User”Our stay at Sailing Club Phu Quoc was absolutely fantastic! The resort had a perfect mix of luxury and relaxation, with stunning views and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family trip even more memorable. The food was delicious, and the ambiance of the entire property was serene and inviting. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Phu Quoc!”
GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

SShuk ling janineGorgeous Hotel and Service was totally excellent. Spotlessly clean. The people at the front desk were very informative and even helped me arrange the best table for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately I got food poisoning (not from the hotel) and they were nice enough to give me a late checkout until my evening flight. will definitely come again! Thank you!
JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
GGuest UserDuring our recent 2 nights stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, we booked both a 4-bedroom Garden View Villa and a Twin Balcony Ocean View room.
The villa itself was impressively spacious and boasted a lovely ambience, although we did notice signs of its age. In particular, the curtain in the upstairs bedroom had come loose, and the balcony gate could not be opened. That said, we still found the accommodation generally comfortable and enjoyable.
We were quite impressed by the buffet breakfast, as it offered an abundance of dishes and the food quality was excellent. However, the receptionist at the restaurant appeared inadequately trained. On one morning, instead of checking whether any tables were available on the first floor, she directed us upstairs to the second floor. When we insisted on remaining on the first floor, we were obliged to wait for roughly 10 minutes despite the presence of numerous empty tables. This lapse in organisation was disappointing and suggested that the restaurant’s management could benefit from additional oversight or coaching.
On our final day, we requested a one-hour late check-out, and the receptionist (lady) was both gracious and efficient in accommodating this request. Regrettably, we encountered a problem when our room key stopped working at 12:45pm. Upon returning to reception to resolve the issue, another staff member — identified as a guy “Thuan” who addressed us in a noticeably impolite manner. His abrupt comments relating to the number of key cards provided were unexpected and created an unnecessarily tense situation. Such conduct seemed incongruous with the typically high standards one would expect at a five-star resort. Additionally, we attempted to ring the “Guest Service” line to request a buggy from our villa, only to find that no one answered. This was a minor inconvenience, though it did add to the sense that some elements of the hotel’s service could be improved.
Nevertheless, in general, the Sheraton made a favourable impression, and the facilities remained otherwise pleasant. With a focus on further training for the staff — particularly those at the restaurant and the front desk. It has the potential to provide a consistently excellent hospitality experience.
GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.
OOrez TsangThis was a celebration trip for us. We didn't mention since pre-arrival. We were being ”WOW”.
We got hotel message after reservation about transportation and we reserved two seat for hotel shuttle. However, it was rain and we didn't realise to go other entrance. We missed the transportation and took Grab. It was just a little incident and i reported the staff when we approached front desk and didn't want the staff keep waiting. It wasn't task failure.
As evening time, we got simple refresh and hotel tour. Then, we went out for dinner. The night view in the room was beautiful garden.
I liked the facilities of GYM and pool that was my first filter to seek this hotel. The Palm Kitchen staffs were good to make us and good morning for our vacation. The food items were also variety.
After the day trip to north area, we saw a cake for my wife's birthday. It was surprised. However, it was attracted ants coming. For this point, may use food cover to prevent. We didn't want to waste the amenities even we can't use. We took the photos and appreciated hotel's welcome and preparations. Then, called the call centre to clear the ants. The staff had prompt action. We received the message from hotel about ”WOW” service🫰.
Upon departure, they tried to let us wait for their room check. They were not make me feel focus on minibar charges as i overheard ”Nothing leave in room”. Many travellers left ”lost and found” as rush. This was a good service.
The location was good as close the airport, the peak and next to Versalles.
Thank you the team make me ”Happy wife, happy life”.
