Loved my stay at Radisson. Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is convenient and the treatments left me feeling relaxed and ready for my holiday. Buffet was delicious and restaurant never disappointed. Room was spacious and clean. View from the pool is beautiful and bar service on point. Would absolutely recommend Radisson Blu Sandton. Will return.
The hotel is great for a layover as it is super close to the airport. They have a shuttle which was a great help for me. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner as I missed SA food. Most of the staff was really helpful (especially Lily from the kitchen) she went above and beyond to help me cause I was with a baby. She made sure I was comfortable, had my food while she was holding my baby. I really appreciate that, thank you 🙏 . I also observed her around other customers she kept the same energy. My room was cleaned daily which was nice. My suggestion is some stuff member must give the same service to everyone regardless of who they are and how they look.
Phenomenal experience here at Hyatt House in Sandton! Set in the suburbs of Johannesburg, this hotel provides a safe and tranquil environment. Rooms were super comfortable and had an apartment sort of setup with a stove, microwave, and mini fridge. In addition, the staff here are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I honestly cannot thank them enough. They are super kind and will make sure you have a great stay in Johannesburg. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone was amazing, and I am looking forward to returning back to Joburg one day.
This was my first trip to Africa, and to South Africa. I found this hotel on Ctrip. Its proximity to the airport – being within walking distance and directly accessible from the terminal – was incredibly convenient. The hotel was bustling with a continuous flow of guests, mainly transit passengers. The dining options were extensive, the service was excellent, and the facilities were very well-appointed. Overall, my experience was exceptionally positive. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again on my next visit.

It was great to stay!
Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi!
Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner).
If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor.
The parking in the basement made me feel more safe.
Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!
Very good, clean and tidy, maintaining the Hilton brand standards. The room facilities and equipment are good, but there are no disposable items, so you need to bring your own. The shower drain is clogged and slow, but everything else is good. The breakfast is good, especially the coffee.

I was thoroughly looking forward to this stay as I have not stayed in this hotel before and it had been on my list, check in took quite long, which didn't bother me initially but ended up being a compounding factor after everything else, we had booked online and it took close to an hour for us to get checked in and given our room key, we used this time to look around.
When we finally got to our room, we quickly left everything and went to the mall then had dinner, we got back relatively late and only upon getting back did we notice the bed was 2 single beds pushed together, however we booked and paid for a delux king room, needless to say I spent the duration of the evening falling through the 2 beds as I was trying to cuddle my lady, so I didn't get much sleep to say the least.
When we got up in the morning I quite badly needed a coffee to wake me up after the night I had and Lo and behold, the coffee machine was not working!
By this point you can imagine the frustration.. so we got dressed and went down for breakfast, the process of simply getting a coffee took close to 40 minutes, let alone the food arriving! We actually ended up getting up and leaving because we had plans for the day and did not expect to wait over an hour for our breakfast to arrive! The cold food that was available at the buffet was very dry as well but we scoffed it down and went on our way, it was only while we were walking out that the juice we ordered when we arrived was beginning to make its way to our table, so we were given the bottle and we went on our way
We mentioned the incorrect room as well as the coffee machine to the lady at the checkout desk, to which I was reassured that next time we stay it will be nice
I can very confidently confirm that there will not be a next time from us, as we do expect a certain service when checking into a 5 star hotel and paying the price that comes along with it
On a positive note, the concierge was helpful with taking our luggage to the room
Such a pity for a lovely perfectly located place to put such little effort into the quality they provide

Staff at the reception and staff in general is sweet and polite and was trying to accommodate and help. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.
DDHL2018What a pleasant surprise. Inwas picked up from the airport by someone who offers the service for the hotel, he also dropped me off at the airport again, the next morning. Check-in was quick and hassle free and someone also assisted me with my luggage. The room isnspacious and clean, although a bit dated, but the bednis comfortable, the bathroom big and spacious. A separate lounge and well fitted kitchen, I can see myself settling in easy for extended stays too. And for the price... Unbeatable and a definite thumbs up from me!
