I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Semporna! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view from my room. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the jetty and nearby eateries. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and warm hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel.

its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am.

The hotel is located in a small town. The overall design is garden-style. The environment is very satisfactory. You can see the sky full of stars when you look up. The butler provides group service throughout the whole process, and there is no barrier to communication in Chinese. The only drawback is that the suite only has one room card, which is not very convenient. The other overall is very good, and the facilities are also good. It is a hotel worth recommending~

It takes about 20 minutes to get there from the pier. You can go directly into the sea from the room. The water is very clear. You can see the sea as soon as you open the French window. You can also see starfish and fish around the water house, and small crabs on the wooden stairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, and there are afternoon tea snacks in the afternoon. There are seafood, crabs, squids, shrimps and some blanched vegetables every night. The stay experience is not bad. Since it happened to be Christmas, I also caught up with the hotel's fireworks celebration! It is recommended to order deep diving directly from the store. The accompanying crew not only has good photography skills, but also gives deep diving photos and videos! ! Love it!

We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future.

As a person who has extremely high requirements for accommodation environment when traveling, I had a consumer experience beyond my expectations. At first, my girlfriend said that she wanted to try it because there were no bad reviews. I was also very resistant to B&Bs, so I only booked one night and booked Hilton for the remaining two nights. However, the moment we checked into the room, we were both amazed. We immediately extended our stay and cancelled the Hilton Hotel reservation. The room is tidy, and everything from decoration to bedding is very attentive. Even the TV has a Netflix subscription. The room photos shown by the merchant may not look so luxurious because of the photo shooting, but you will know how amazing the room is after you check in. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay over here and thank you for the owner for being very considerate of charging us minimum fee after my kids probably accidentally causes some stain on the bed. TQVM!

In the garden view room of Dream Manor Hotel in Semporna, I spent a holiday time like a fairy tale! The room design combines natural aesthetics and comfortable experience. The log-style decoration is matched with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. When you open the curtains, you will see the greenery and flowers in the garden, as if you have hidden the whole garden in your arms. In the morning, I was gently awakened by the sun and birdsong, and fell asleep with the fragrance of the garden and the starry sky at night. Even my breath was soaked in the poetry of nature. The hotel garden is a masterpiece of art. The tropical flowers and the flower forest landscape of the octagonal room design complement each other. Every step is like stepping into Monet's painting, and every shot is a movie-like blockbuster. What is more touching is the care for local seafood-from the iced fruit drinks handed over at check-in to the daily lobster sashimi reminder card, eat! Eat! Eat! . More friendly shops can explain or customize surrounding tour routes for guests, and every detail is full of family-like warmth. This experience, which combines the beauty of nature, the elegance of a residence and the sincerity of hospitality, is destined to become an unforgettable treasure of your journey. Great resort area, well thought out activities and facilities . However, management should include more board games like scrabble etc. Lots of guests during our stay and sometimes we could not get to play games we wanted. I mean it’s easy and simple stuff to have more board games. Otherwise the food was great. The activities were good but pricier. Not a whole lot of participation. A pity. Oh, I should not miss out- the sunsets were picture perfect..
