Although it is a bit far from Dubai and takes a 40-minute boat ride, everything is worth it from the moment we get on the island!
From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were warmly received and taken care of by every staff member. Each of them was smiling, polite, and very nice to the children. The luggage starts from the dock and is sent to your room, so don't worry.
This island is the private island of the former king, and the more than 10,000 animals on it were also bought by the king. It was really great to experience safari at 6:30 in the morning. I couldn't go to Africa for the time being, so I pretended to be in Africa. Our guide was super good and helped us introduce it all the way. I was lucky to see a group of giraffes, with 30 or 40 of them. He said it was not seen every day.
Breakfast is ordered, the product is great, and we had breakfast in the woods. When we were almost done, various animals came to eat, and the children were very happy.
The swimming pool is heated, which is good, and there are small animals everywhere around. It's really a different experience.

This hotel is so beautiful and elegant and its situated right across the river of the Grand Mosque. The staff were polite and helpful, beds extremely comfortable and taxis readily available to go anywhere. On a plus side as well, its located on the beach front plus it has a huge pool and even kids play area. It was a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider here again the future.

Embrace around-the-clock luxury with 24-hour butler service in an opulent Three-Bedroom Executive Villa with a shared pool or experience the inti mate hideaway in a Four-Bedroom Executive Villa with a private pool. The Club Privé villas combine the ultimate relaxation and privacy with the All-Inclusive amenities of Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island and exclusive dining access to Club House.
The service attitude is average, especially in terms of response efficiency. When checking in, we were given a terrace room on the first floor, which had no sea view at all and was right next to the main restaurant, with very poor privacy. After a phone call, the front desk agreed to change us to a high-rise sea view room (both of which are called ocean terrace rooms). We waited in the room for almost an hour before someone came to move our luggage. After changing to a new room, there was no welcome fruit and chocolate (we didn't move the original room at all). I called three times to communicate about this matter. Each time the phone rang for more than half a minute, and everyone asked the same question, saying that they had to check whether the fruit and chocolate in our previous room had been eaten. After swimming in the evening, I returned to the room and found that it had not been delivered yet, so I called again and waited for 20 minutes before someone delivered the fruit. In the past, when I called in the hotel, I basically responded immediately and the service attitude was very good, but this hotel was completely the opposite, which made people feel very bad.
In terms of hygiene, there were black spots on the bathrobe and stains on the carpet.
For the price of 5,000 per night, I really don't know what else to praise except the beautiful sea view and beach... btw the Italian restaurant is very delicious, dinner is 210aed per person, and for two people, you can eat very well by paying a little difference.
Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).
Very amazing! After checking in at the front desk, I was taken to the room. I was dazzled by the luxurious decoration of the hotel all the way👀
The room is not particularly new, but very clean and tidy. In the evening, you can take your child to experience the water world and ride a camel for free. The experience is great😍
The buffet breakfast is also top-notch, with a wide variety of good services. The child doesn't want to leave after staying here🤭
🌈 Fantastic luxury 5 ⭐️ hotel with lavish space & spectacular view of the Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪 Qasr Al Watan (The Presidential Palace) & The Palace Hotel. The staff members are highly professional, superb friendly, warm & accommodating ; exceeding our kind expectations 🥂🍾
Notably, Ms Dana (Guest Relations) + Mr Nekhil Maroli (Chief Concierge) whom have gone beyond the extra mile to orchestrate “mission impossible” 1 day Best of Abu Dhabi highlights tour itinerary for our pampering indulgence. They wowed 🤗 us with their warm passion, unparalleled vast knowledge & exceptional service like none other, making us felt “home away from home” 🏡. Best ever hotel experience in UAE 🇦🇪. Excellent job well done! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It is a quiet resort resort.
Many office workers and family vacationers come here.
Alcohol and food can be purchased nearby.
There is a swimming pool.
The beach is shallow, so it is good for children to play.
Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains. The room dining experience was nice .

Great
Ddong45The hotel is located on Saadiyat Island and has a whole beach. The sea breeze is not as strong as that in Dubai, but the sand is a little hard and you can't build castles. The room is located in the middle of the top floor of the hotel, with a very good view. The swimming pool is suitable for children to play, and adults can lie on beach chairs to sunbathe, and occasionally ice cream and fruit are delivered to them. The breakfast is rich, especially the freshly baked bread with jam, which tastes great. The hotel room facilities are a little old, and the bathroom drain was blocked on the first day. Fortunately, the hotel responded quickly and repaired it in half an hour. The hotel service is good, and the butler responds to all guests' needs in a timely manner.

GGuest UserWe are so glad and happy to stay in this 5 star hotel. All thanks as well to Filipino hotel reservations who upgraded our hotel stay from standard to junior suite. The room is nice and big , clean and comfortable stay .
CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
RRustamI think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly:
Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger
70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu.
In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that.
We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1.
There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE.
The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it.
Hope this would be very useful and helpful for all who are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. However, it seemed to be peak season during our visit, so the breakfast area was quite crowded. The seating was arranged closely, making it feel a bit cramped at times. Despite this, the food variety was good, and the quality was satisfying. The hotel’s location is a major plus—it’s very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s a decent choice for travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, but be prepared for some crowds during busy periods.
IIsabelThe hotel and the room looked really pretty. The swimming pool was okay though. The cushions on the sofa were weirdly placed (not sure if it was on purpose…)
Had a pleasant stay overall, and the location was also really convenient since it’s close to a bus stop.
GGayatri GallowayGorgeous, gorgeous! The Shangri La chain never disappoints us. We stayed in the Qaryat Al Beri located on Yas Island (the other one is downtown). A beautiful large lobby in a classic symmetrical layout, the end of which spills over onto the balcony/terrace. It’s not that big, but the view onto the creek and Grand Mosque is wonderful. The level below is the infinity pool onto the creek with bar and sun loungers and to the right is a little man-made beach.
ROOM
Our room consisted of a large bedroom, balcony, office, dressing room, separate toilet (with toilet douche of course), separate shower room and bathroom: all in perfect circular Feng Sui as you’d expect from this Chinese hotel chain. Room had all the 5 star amenities and a full fledged minibar (crisps, chocolate cookies, nuts, local dates and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). The balcony was spacious and sufficiently tucked in out of the sun. We got the room with the view onto the Grand Mosque!
SERVICE
Excellent service as we know: the concierge went the extra mile helping me find my phone charger which they eventually found left behind in the room after checkout.
FOOD
Bar, buffet restaurant, room service: the whole lot. We didn’t have the breakfast as we woke up late: around midday we sat on the lobby balcony eating pizza and pastry from the bar menu.
LOCATION
Yas Island has strips of resort hotels of which Shangri La is one. There is a ‘soukh’ mini local mall a stone throw away but we stayed out and relaxed in the hotel’s public areas
JJen@09Awesome hotel with an amazing view facing the formula circuit!
Special thanks to the staff who served our in-room dinning during our 3 nights stay. The in-room dinning food was so yummy that my boy enjoyed so much!
JJacky—Make an appointment in advance for the time of the boat on the island to the dock butler one-stop service, lounge luggage are helped to send to the hotel and then the boat on the island to stay at the front desk to book activities diving fishing watching animals and so on safari tour guide brother is very good
The rooms are very nice and the beach pool in the hotel is very nice and the photos are very good. Several hotels on the island have cars for each other. The dinner we chose costs AED 1,000 and there is a 15% service charge
