We booked a triple room, but we were given a double bed room. We negotiated with the front desk three times. The first time, they said they would handle it and asked me to wait. The third time, they said they had a sofa bed (actually they didn't), and asked when it would be handled. The front desk said they didn't know 🤷. Later, the room attendant finally came to separate the beds and helped us add a folding bed. The front desk service is not worthy of a five-star hotel. Other restaurants and environments are good.
