Very clean hotel, really nice lobby and welcome by staff with good location. There are meeting rooms, sauna, gym etc and the breakfast was nice. My room was on the west wing instead of main building which was quite a walk from loft area especially with large luggages. Only coffee/tea/chocolate and hot kettle, as well as bath soap. There are hangers and safety deposit box. No other amenities (toothbrush toothpaste comb etc) provided. Bed is big and comfortable. Aircon does not turn off even when putting the thermostate to zero speed…too cold! Cleaning tool left in bathroom by housekeeping not sure why, was moved from one corner of bathroom to another even after i mentioned to reception…strange!
Hilton Helsinki Airport

Checked in for 7 hours for breakfast and freshen up after 14 hours of flight to wait for the next flight. Breakfast has excellent quality food. Lots of small items like biscuits, cookies. Waffle maker and drinks dispenser is interesting. Service is top notch, location to the airport is a 5 min walk partial covered along snow gravel road. Therefore taking the airport trolley with the luggage is strongly encouraged in order not to spoil the luggage wheels.

Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Helsinki Railway Station. The location is bustling, it is convenient to go to the shopping pedestrian street and various tram stations. The hotel is an old European-style building, the lobby is beautifully decorated, especially the old-fashioned elevator is very interesting. The front desk staff of the hotel is also very nice. The room is small, the Nordic minimalist decoration is clean and exquisite.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.

The surrounding environment is very good, and there are trams that can go directly to the city. The sauna and swimming pool rooms are small and the management is a bit poor.

The location is good, the breakfast is particularly rich, the smoked salmon is both fresh and the croissants and quiche are very delicious. Hotel Wi-Fi is also good and the front desk service is welcoming.

Executive room: The semi-deluxe room is larger and faces the street (it is really not recommended to stay on weekends. There is the hottest bar in the city downstairs. It is really exciting on weekends. It is like living next to a KTV, listening to loud music and singing to sleep) Of course, jet lag may make you sleepy, but it does not affect your sleep, but the executive rooms along the street are really not recommended on weekends! The deluxe room is a patio interior view room. I personally think it is quieter and more suitable for sleeping! Needless to say, the breakfast was very good! There are many varieties in Northern Europe, and there are many homemade delicacies in the hotel! Highly recommend having hotel breakfast! The executive lounge is on the second floor, and the upper lounge opens on the right. From 2:00 to 6:00 every afternoon, there are some snacks, afternoon tea, fruit cookies, chocolates, etc. You can order a variety of wine, coffee, and drinks. Last order at 5:30pm. They are all free, the only ones that charge are those listed on the list. Others are free to use in the executive lounge. Executive rooms are available at any time. Overall it's very good, from service to hardware and software! Unless you particularly like drinking and having afternoon tea, you can choose an executive room. If you want to have a good rest, choose a deluxe room~

The location of the hotel is very good, from the terminal and the train station are more convenient. Because we took the night train from Rovaniemi to Helsinki, we arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock in the morning and wanted to leave our luggage and go out, but we didn't expect the hotel to directly check in for us.

The location is not far from the city and very quiet; The attitude of the staff is definitely very good; The hotel rooms are also very good, combining classic and modern styles, and the service is first-class; Everything is good, but the price is not very affordable, but it's a comfortable stay just for fun.
