I've been here twice, and each time I stayed for a few days. It's very convenient to have access to the ski resort right outside the back door. Everyone in the hotel has a very good service attitude, is enthusiastic, and professional. Only a female employee in the restaurant downstairs who should be the manager is very unfriendly to guests and has an extremely bad attitude. She was still mean to us many times in the restaurant, and her mood for traveling was affected by her.
I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.
Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive, but the room itself was rather small, and the bathroom felt particularly cramped.
Cleanliness: Good.
Setting: Absolutely breathtaking. In the morning, you can witness the stunning 'sunlit golden mountains' phenomenon.
Service: Restaurant service was a bit slow, likely due to the high occupancy. Quite surprisingly, a room service attendant even delivered food to the wrong room in the middle of the night.
loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.
