The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.
Great service provided by Sara and the team! Enjoy our stay at the new Nemi hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is about a 15-20mins walk from popular brand boutiques and slightly more to the duomo. Definitely recommend to stay here.

For a hotel that costs more than 10,000 per night, it is quite average. The room is not small and the decoration is relatively new. However, due to the small scale of the hotel, many public facilities are missing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small public area at the entrance. There is no swimming pool or spa. The breakfast is really shocking, with bread and packaged snacks purchased from outside, or you can order them separately for an extra fee, and there are very few varieties.

It was a bit difficult to find on the mountain at night, but it was really amazing in the morning. Lake Garda was so beautiful and comfortable. Although the room looked a bit old, everything was cleaned. The room was very clean. I think it is very suitable for a holiday in the hotel.
It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! There is also a lake view room, the morning and sunset are perfect scenery. There is also a pool outside the lake that is a hot spring spa! Will definitely stay here again!
The Aria Retreat And Spa provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Aria Retreat And Spa offers a pleasant stay in Porlezza for those traveling for business or leisure. Lugano Railway Station and Lugano Airport are located 15km and 22km away respectively. This hotel is located near many of Porlezza's attractions including Lago Lugano Water Club, Oratorio di San Rocco and Parco San Marco Hotels & Beach Resort. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.
Really lovely hotel - staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious. There is a great turn down service. You also get complementary access to their small spa (it has a sauna, ice shower and bath). The only thing I would change is the $45pp for breakfast - we didn't try this because of the price. You could get snacks and drinks on the rooftop though - which was really cool!
This is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.
RRip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels:
Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !
BBettywu_0988The hotel is very gorgeous and the rooms are quite large. However, there is no bathtub in the bathroom. Not only does it not have a bathtub, it only has a curtain, so when I take a shower, the bathroom will flood.
However, because the service quality and public areas are great, it is acceptable.
GGuest UserGood service for foreignerThis is one of the cleanest hotels ever! It's beautiful and the people are friendly. They have a beautiful van that takes you downtown. The breakfast is delicious. The room is big. The bathroom is modern. Housekeeping service is absolutely over the top. They make the room shine.
DDaweidezhangThe hotel that I have been staying in Brescia is more retro. This time I came here and made some updates. The painting has also changed. Overall, it is good. The location is very good. In the city center and there are many shops and attractions around. It is worth staying.
CCCP9109It’s my first time in Milan, and I really recommend this hotel for its cost-effectiveness.
First of all, the hotel is very new and in the city center. Almost all attractions can be reached on foot or by public transportation in 10 minutes.
The hotel is not big overall, but it is well equipped and the service is very enthusiastic. Although the room is small, the bed and supplies are very comfortable, and basically all your needs are met.
The hotel is good, especially there is a small bookstore, connected to the breakfast restaurant (actually it is also a small bar, very nice for taking pictures)
There aren't many breakfast options, but the taste is still very good. Each person can order a main dish. I stayed for 3 nights and chose different ones, all of which were delicious.
In addition, you can get fruits, cookies and lemonade at the front desk.

GGoodrickDon't book the presidential suite, the layout is weird. A square room is good enough. Check-in requires a password. Breakfast is 30 euros, average. The main attraction is the environment.
CClaudiaGongThe room is nice, it's about 10 minutes' walk from the church, not particularly central, the breakfast is rich, there is a gym on the underground first floor, the swimming pool is closed for private activities, the staff are very friendly
