The sea view room has a good view of the sea, the whole hotel is very fragrant, the breakfast is rich, the hotel is in a good location, just across the road to the beach, and a hundred meters away is a very popular seafood restaurant, the taste is very good, and it only takes five minutes to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station.
The hotel is beyond your imagination! The hardware is very good, and it can capture the feeling of a palace at night, but because of the wind and rain, such a good facility is wasted. But the service is really good. First of all, the staff here are very good-looking. They are completely different from those with dark and short faces you see outside. From the entrance security, you feel a different aura! The guys at the front desk are excellent from tall stature to talking, which country they look at. Even a cleaning aunt, I thought I would have an old aunt, but she is actually a younger sister and is very beautiful! I took a picture of her and they immediately pose for me. In short, my impression of the Arabs has improved a lot! Secondly, the service is quite good. We are in the off-season and have almost no guests. Maybe there is no such treatment in the peak season. Indeed enjoyed the respected service! Stayed on the first day, it was windy and rainy, and I didn't want to go out for dinner. Living in such a wide hotel in such weather, without any guests, is prone to insecurity. So I called Room Service, thinking that it was the type that gave you a plate and then flashed people. As a result, two handsome guys came and showed us the whole set of dining table you enjoyed in the first class of the plane. Look at us dumbfounded! I ate here for dinner for the next few days, and the Western and Moroccan dishes were very delicious! The Taji pot that was scolded by all the raiders, the seafood we ordered was very delicious! During my stay, it happened to be my birthday, and my husband told the front desk. So he helped us set up the room and prepared the cake. Surprises again and again!
This hotel can be very expensive in the summer. We are staying now and the price is not bad. I hope to stay next time!
Excellent location, 2 minutes from the train station. Close to the embankment. Nearby is the stop of the excursion bus City Tour Tanger. The view from the room to the train station is very beautiful, but it seemed to us that it was noisy (but the window opens), we changed to the other side, the view is not very good, but quiet (but the windows are ”blind”). The room is very comfortable, spacious bathroom. The air conditioner works well (almost silently)! We took the room without breakfast, but decided to try and ended up having breakfast in the hotel on the 15th floor with a beautiful view. Breakfasts are very good, I do not remember such a number of delicacies (sweets) in the last 30 years of travel. It was impossible to resist. We will gladly stay again, and maybe more than once.

Everything was fine, but when we arrived they gave us a room that did not correspond to the reservation, it had no view but faced the back of the hotel. We complained and the girl at reception gave us problems and was rude. We asked to speak to the supervisor and they changed our room after a while of waiting. The breakfast was fine, service was good and everything was very clean. The best thing was the pool. I recommend it but be careful when you arrive which room they give you.
I went at the end of March. The hotel is located in the mountains on the outskirts of Tangier, Morocco. The scenery is relatively good. But because it is Ramadan, there are not many basic guests, and the swimming pool is under maintenance. The price-performance ratio of the $50 buffet per person is relatively low. There is not much food and no additions. The customer service staff basically do not understand English, and communication is relatively difficult. For breakfast, I ordered two glasses of 200ml orange juice and charged $12, which is a bit outrageous. Of course, the room facilities meet the five-star standard. After leaving the hotel, I found that I was overcharged by an inexplicable $250, and I have asked the bank for a refund. The overall service level can only be at the 2-3 star level. Not recommended, price is too low.
Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, delicious variety of breakfast, overpriced lunch, but be-aware that this hotel is on the outskirts of Tangier, so very far from the centre about 1 hour drive if your lucky with the traffic! also if you don’t have a car then this hotel is not suitable for you, as medina taxis don’t come here, it cost £35 for a vip taxi from the hotel and that’s expensive.

Good value for money hotel good service good environment swimming pool location a little far away but can take a taxi to the bustling commercial district overall satisfaction
Exceptional setting, several swimming pools, direct access to the magnificent Tamuda Bay beach.
Spacious rooms with a magnificent sea view.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
The room is bright, well-furnished and luxurious, with a large balcony overlooking the bright lights of the business center and traffic thoroughfares. Breakfast is rich. You can eat by the swimming pool or drink coffee by the garden.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

CCESARPutting aside the fact that it is a 5-star hotel, and just looking at the price, I will say that this is a perfect place, right in the centre, to get to know and enjoy Tangier. The certain degree of decadence, although subtle, rather than diminishing, increases the perception of a very relaxed atmosphere and, together with the friendly disposition of all the employees, a stay in this hotel becomes a very pleasant experience.
