Thanks for the free upgrade to the one bedroom suite with sea view :) we enjoyed the comfortable stay very much. Had free shuttle bus to CIQ though I think we could have walked there, it’s literally a stone’s throw away and we cld have saved 10 minutes as you had to go one big round by car.

Legoland hotel is just beside Legoland which is good and there is shelter to the theme park. Service is good. Rooms is big and has bunk beds for the kids. There are even Duplo blocks in the room to keep the kids entertained and they have their own TV too!

Stayed here for my son's birthday celebration. Arrived at 11am, registered and inform them regarding the birthdatly and was given one complimentary pass where we can redeem a slice of cake and small gift from the shop. We went straight to the Waterpark and hotel Whatsapp us when the room is ready. Aircond and music was on when we entered the room, and got a little surprise from the housekeeping, a nice birthday wish drawing on the mirror. Parking is free once we register. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections. Buggy is available to get to the private beach at Westin. Overall it is a recommended stay with good service.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! Fast check in & check out. Reception staff very welcoming and addresses concern promptly. Room was great with nice sea view. International buffet for dinner with varieties of food to choose. Breakfast was great, had a nice meal even during high peak period.

Bath Tub was not filling up as the drain plug was spoilt. Reached out to support but no help was sent to rectify. Disappointed my kid as I have booked the place with a tub as a consideration. Says cot can be added but messaged the support and they said it cannot be provided. Location is great as it is less than 5 mins drive to Mid Valley Southkey car park

First time staying at Sands and Sandals resort and I think we would definitely visit again one day! Had a surprise decoration, thank you to the hotel staff for the balloons and cake and the beautiful set-up. Check in and check out was a breeze too, probably as we were not affected by the peak period. Breakfast was good too! Our second morning was more crowded but there were more choices too and it wss delicious. Room was comfortable and everything is provided, like towels, bath essentials, dental essentials. The connection of the tv was also a bit iffy but we didn't mind. Parking was also easy for us and location felt safe. Near to tourist attractions like Adventure Waterpark and Woodfire too!
