5-Star Hotels in Mazovia, Poland

We really spent a perfect time in this hotel! The room was big enough, and we really enjoyed of our bed. Bed in this hotel it’s something unbelievable! Super comfortable and huge! Definitely will come back again. We want to say big thanks to supervisor Zuzanna! Super kind and helpful person. I wish to every company a person like she. Without this people like Zuzanna the hotel service will die

The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day.  In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

The hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

The experience was pretty good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt spacious and bright, and the decoration style was simple and generous, which made people feel comfortable. When checking in, the staff had a good attitude, answered all questions, and was relatively fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding had no odor, so people could sleep peacefully. The bathroom facilities were also complete, the hot water supply was stable, and the bath was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is not bad, and it is convenient to eat and buy things around. Although there is nothing particularly amazing, it is generally satisfactory and comfortable to stay here. I will consider staying here next time.

Probably the best hotel in the area Very central location, it is very simple to walk to the old city, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. The room was very spacious, even unexpectedly, and there was a study with a special office Bathroom has a bathtub, more spacious The downside was that I got a dish of blueberries that had moldy hair on it, but I didn't eat any of them, so I didn't give them points

Excellent hotel. Located in the center of the pedestrian availability, to all sights .Breakfasts are good but better to buy them in the hotel itself . Beds are convenient , rooms are spacious . Good Staff . Good cosmetics .

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

It is almost the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist or security guard at the gate. I dragged my suitcase and luggage for a long way on the stone road and got to the room by myself. 2. There was only one person at the front desk, and the service attitude was average. When I met the hotel staff at night, I didn't say hello. 3. The elevator of the hotel is extremely shabby, not even as good as the elevator of a 2-star express hotel. 4. The public area of ​​the hotel is simple and the gym facilities are very few. 5. I pressed the light to clean the room, but no one cleaned it. 6. The shower head cannot be moved to a higher height. 7. There are very few breakfast categories. 8. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together, which is very uncomfortable and not comfortable at all. The only advantage is that the location is not bad, but Warsaw itself is not big, and there are many hotels with good locations. I don't know how this hotel is marketed. It shouldn't even be counted as a five-star hotel. It is strongly not recommended.
