The living room features a comfortable conversation area and an antique baby grand piano (not tuned).. The large dining room can accommodate your entire group. Also, the large sun room offers an additional, less formal gathering space, and has a large TV. The pool house features an additional full kitchen and seating area as well as another bedroom with ensuite bath. House is stocked with shower products (soap, shampoo, conditioner), bottled water and a Keurig and regular/drip coffee maker (coffee pods, tea, creamer and sugar), basic condiments and spices, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Situated on one of the most elite streets in the city, in prestigious Seneca/Cherokee Gardens neighborhood just blocks from restaurants, shops and bars, and just steps from famed Cherokee Park. Easy freeway access, close to downtown and airport and just a short 20 minute drive from Valhalla Golf Course or 15 minutes from Churchill Downs. If you're not familiar with Louisville, this is the 'happening' part of town -- you'll be just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in the city.
