Great hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to the metro station so location is great to get around and see Dubai.  Staff were friendly and competent. The gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again

Great spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and a supermarket downstairs for convenience. Taxis were always available right outside. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. Highly recommended for the value it offers.

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored. But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!

It’s was a wonderful stay and kids had enjoyed it so much with all the activities especially the kid club and cinema under the star. The sense of the hotel reminds me of Thailand. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating, especially Shermjla. Thank you!

Nice environment and room. The service is good and mainly for Chinese people as I observed. The room is big and cosy. However, it is 18 minutes walking route far from the metro station. Not very close to the public transport.

The hotel is at the exhibition -what is great. After a long day, it's easy to get home. The breakfast is fantastic and has lots of different options, including a local section where you can try new things every day. The hotel offers free shuttles to Dubai Mall, outlets, the beach, and other areas. It's a great way to get out after the exhibition in the evening for shopping and dinner. There's a pool on the ground floor, but I didn't try it. There's also a small 7-Eleven-like shop in the lobby where you can buy food and supplies if you need them.

The taxi from terminal 3 needed to do a big U turn to get to the hotel. The reception is a long way from the entrance. The lobby is impressive. Reception was efficient. Power saving lights in the corridor seemed to go off at I opportune moments and I was left almost in the dark. When I opened the door I was very impressed with the beautiful large room. The TV was huge for those who like to watch it. Some fittings in the bathroom were loose. The bed was the most comfortable in my long life, I slept 12 hours it was so good. Check out was rapid. I didn't go to the swimming pool or have breakfast. I enjoyed the Dodo pizzeria next door. All In all, an impressive place, I enjoyed it a lot.

Very excellent service from arrived at lobby until leaving the hotel. All staffs doing well the job with smile face. Will come again here 😉

Even though i did a last minute booking for a very low price with absolutely no expectations in mind i was delightfully surprised at the quality level of this hotel. Rooms very clean, facilities very good and easy to access and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend for travelers looking for an accommodation close to the airport

Aloft Palm Jumeirah is very peaceful and the view is so amazing! I upgraded my room to sea-view room and it was very worth! I can see Burj Al Arab from the balcony which is so nice! The room is very clean and spacious. It looks better than pictures on the website. I feel comfortable staying here. Staff are friendly and polite. Sadly that I only stayed for a night. I wish I had more time. I really have a great time at Aloft!
