In Banff, it can be regarded as a relatively large hotel scale. The rooms can see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The hot springs on the terrace are also very good. It is very pleasant to soak in the hot springs at night! The hotel is at the entrance of Line 1 and 2 buses. You can get unlimited free tickets for 3 days. It is also very convenient to take the airport bus at the door to Calgary Airport! Suitable for free travel.
The room is large and new, with good sound insulation. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and can provide various travel information and daily help. Although I have lived here for many days, I am still amazed every time I see the beautiful scenery outside the window.
The entire planning of Canmore is relatively more relaxed and comfortable. The hotel can get on the highway right outside. It is very convenient to go shopping and eating in the city center and surrounding areas. It is not as noisy and crowded as the town of Banff. It is highly recommended!

Location strategic as there are fewer homeless people around compared with the 7th Avenue or core shopping area, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. It's near Chinatown too. I however do not particularly like this hotel as there's no kettle inside the room, air conditioning is rather strong and couldn't be adjusted except the temperature. Nothing to eat nearby and the restaurant on 2/F requires booking. The hotel doesn't have a character itself. Most ridiculous is that they require a security deposit by really debiting my credit card upon my checkin (usually hotels won't present the card for similar deposit as security).
Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated.
The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.
really love the moose hotel.
the location is perfect exactly in the downtown area and its near iga supermarket and bus stop.
the outdoor hot pool is so lovely at the top of the hotel with the view of Banff mountain .
there is a laundry coins
The staff also really nice :)
will coming back for sure

We stayed just one night, but we were very pleased with everything. Location is very convenient to everywhere. The staff was very friendly and very eager to help. Everywhere we walked to in the hotel it was very clean, and we'll maintained. We ate dinner and in the morning breakfast both were very satisfying.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
Thanks to everyone.

A great hotel with wonderful service. I spent the full day working from the room and then enjoyed the amenities after. Incredible staff at the front desk and were able to check me in early.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!
AAnonymous UserCheck in took a bit of a long time but the staff was very helpful. Highlight of this hotel is definitely the water park. The water slides are so much fun for the kids and even though there is no lifeguard, the pool is relatively safe for 7 years old and above taken into account the depth of the pool. Remember to bring your floats if your kiddos cannot swim independently yet
GGuest UserGood location, enjoyed my stay here. Pay for parking overnight, breakfast is the best, recommend this hotel, will definitely come back again.
DDale AnthonyThe hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.
HHettyLAIThe staff at the front desk were not very friendly and their facial expressions were not very nice. (Individual staff!)
There are various types of facilities, which is good.
The check in time is too late, 4:00 pm, and the check out time is too early, 11:00 am. In terms of price, it is not worth it.
The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor, next to the swimming pool. Every day I could hear the sound of residents walking upstairs. I wonder if the upper floor was not carpeted and the sound insulation was not good!
红红色井岗山1. The location is not in the city center, it is on the south side. The building is 10 stories high and there are no other high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. It is very suitable for overlooking the sky and the evening glow.
2. The facilities and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the height of the bed is high. This is the standard configuration of North American hotels, and the hardness is moderate, not hard or soft.
3. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, 4404 restaurant is recommended, and there is also a bar service at night. The draft beer inside is local craft beer, which is very authentic.
4, across the wide driveway in front of the hotel, is a shopping and living area, there are North American supermarket Wal-Mart, Chinese supermarket Datonghua, Korean supermarket HMart, as well as Western food, gourmet fast food, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, etc. about 10 restaurants It is quite rich.
5. With free WIFI, you can use it freely, there is no limited speed limit, and there is no problem in watching movies
6. When I went to live at the end of 2019, no one felt like it, and I didn't see a Chinese move in. The front desk staff are all foreigners, all are English-speaking and no Chinese-speaking
7. One flaw is that the faucet from the washbasin has a small water outlet, but the water from the bathtub faucet is very hot.
MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

KKathyWe loved our experience at The Dorian! Room was beautiful with so many details covered. Bathroom was huge (hard to find these days) and we especially loved the details in the wet bar cart. Service was friendly from check in to check out. We did not eat on site, but the location was in walking distance to our dinner date. Only negative was the cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallway at 9 am for about 20 minutes. I should have let them know their voices carried into our room, but instead didn't say anything...I regret that after the fact. All in all, we had a great time and will for sure book at the Dorian again!
