The beach is suitable for small children. Yard area is spacious and bright, the lake opens to the south. The neighbors are close, but still there is own peace. The lake is rich in fish. In high season smoked lampreys can be bought eg. from Pori Square and from Nakkila village. Tampere (eg. Särkänniemi Amusement Park) 85 km, Pori 45 km, Old Rauma (World Heritage Site) 90 km.

The customer must inform about the dogs in the reservation details. Note that pets are allowed only in the yard cottage. Pets cannot be brought to the main villa. In the cottage there is outdoor games and board games. At the beach there is a campfire place. In addition gas grill and smoker and 2 sup boards. AT Extra price: Hydro massage bath outdoors for rent, 200 €/weekend, 300 €/week. There is a wood fired hot tub in the terrace: 100 €/weekend, 150 €/week (client heats it). Other prices must be asked from the owner of the cottage. It is good to reserve the hot tub beforehand. Payment to owner in cash (even money) on site. Comfortable combination of well-equipped villa and a yard cottage on Karhijärvi beach. The lake from the villa opens to the south. Peacefull plot. The courtyard is spacious and bright. Good walking path to the beach. Large well-groomed lawns, terraces in the front and backyard with outdoor furniture will ensure your enjoyment. Karhijärvi is a big lake and there is good fishing...

80 km north-east of Tampere, Lake Jämijärvi 20 m (length 15 km, width 1 km), shallow, sanded clay bottom, own boat. Log chalet 2003, kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds, upstairs bedroom 2+2 beds, lobby 4 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), 2 x open porch. Yard building 35 m², with wood-burning sauna, dressing room, living room, sauna has elec. light and cold water. There is an air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality on the cabin. You can rent hot tub from the owner, price 180€ / 1-2 days. Owner fills the hot tub, warming and emptying of the hot tub by the client. The hot tub's warming up can be suit also on advance with serviceman for extra cost Please, check availability of hot tub in advance (it is rented for two cottages). Heat-treated log cottage with all conveniences. Level yard area, slope to shore. Swimming beach is sanded and suitable for children. For example pike perch, pike, bream and burbot in the lake. Jämijärven JÄMI skiing facilities only 8 km! Snowmobile route nearby, horse riding opportunities 6 km. Note! Final cleaning is included in bookings which have been made after 4.5.2022.
